My son was born 5lb, 10oz and dropped half a pound before gaining weight. Even with his skinny legs, we never had leaks from these newborn diapers. I could overlap the tabs on the Earth's Best diapers so the waist was a perfect fit. The tabs never came loose so the diaper didn't sag.

Both the newborn huggies and pampers leaked around his skinny legs and the tabs would come loose. So I was washing every outfit I put on him.

These have a longer rise so they might not be good til the cord has come off. For a small newboard, the Earth's Best were a far better fit and no chemicals. Love it!

I tired these and they leaked 3 times in a row. Three diapers=three outfit changes.
I went back to Pampers.

When our daughter was first born she would scream during every diaper change. We thought maybe the wipes were too cold, and considered buying a wipe warmer. Before doing so we switched from Pampers to Earth's best and the screaming stopped. These diapers are gentle on baby's bottom, don't have any funky smells or gel beads, and we rarely have problems with leaks or blowouts. We love these diapers!

I have been using these diapers since my son was born and he is now 14 months and I still love them! They have never leaked for me unless it was overfull...and these hold a LOT. They fit great and are not bulky at all. My son has sensitive skin and eczema, these are the best for his skin! I have tried other brands (gifts from my shower) including Pampers, Huggies, and Seventh Generation. The Pampers caused diaper rash and Huggies leaked through. I never had any problems with the Seventh Generation but I liked the look and fit of these more. I love that they are better for the environment and are free of chlorine and other chemicals!

Very similar in size to Pampers preemie and Huggies Preemie and absorb much more than either. I highly recommend. No blow outs or leaks.

So I wanted to go the natural route for when we weren't using cloth and these diapers fit horribly. It may be the compatibility with my LO's bum but they leaked virtually every time I used them. I tried the Huggies Pure and Natural and they work much better. They actually have elastic along the back and an extra gusset around the back to, which is where my LO always leaked out.

These diapers are great! We love the re-stickable tabs. My son is 2 weeks old and was a tiny baby (5lbs). These fit him really well. No leaks at all, even with some messy poops. Baby isnt bothered at all by them, no rash, no leg irritation. Love that they are chlorine free and made with corn. We'll be switching to cloth when he's a bit bigger, but for now, we're very happy to have found these.

I got a pack of these diapers for my baby shower. Generally I'd buy 7th Gen brand, but I found these to be just as good. Unlike other reviewers I dont have a problem with leakage and my DD poops after every feeding. I change her as often as I feed her, so no problems at all.

I would recommend these to eco-conscious parents.

I REALLY REALLY wanted to like these...but when it comes down to using diapers for a newborn the most important thing is functionality...I just found Pampers to be the best and Huggies to be second. I like the fit of Huggies best, but they didn't absorb the poop as well as Pampers. Sorry Earth's Best!
