My baby loved it. I still tthink the design is super cute, BUT 1) the music only lasted about 4 1/2 minutes when fully wound up, and 2) the wind up portion broke after only 3 months of use.

Bought the present as a baby shower gift, have no opened it yet...but the packaging was ripped,tapped on, and in horrible condition. If I was not giving it as a gift then it would not have been a big deal, but i had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest store and exchange it.

Picked out the super cute set and got the mobile as a gift for my baby shower. I think it lasted about six months. The plastic is so cheap and it takes some time to put it together. Also I agree with it not fitting all cribs. It scratched my baby's crib a little as well. Was very disappointed in the product for the price.

This mobile was a lifesaver! Well worth the $$! When our baby was a newborn, we would lay him under this mobile, crank it, and he would instantly stop crying. He loves watching the animals go around! We were able to install it on a crib with slanted sides(babi italia lifestyle crib).

we have only had it for a few months. Our son loves it. Yesterday while turning it on for him it just broke for no reason! so upset.

I loved the theme and decor and couldn't wait to decorate the nursery. I was really, really disappointed to find out that the mobile didn't fit the crib i bought. I took it back to babies r us and told the employees. Good thing they had my crib out on the floor because they wouldn't believe me until I showed them myself. FYI The crib i got was the Europa Baby Palisades lifetime convertible crib. I agree with the other comments that it's a made from cheap plastic and the music doesn't last long. I also believe the animals could have been made to look cuter. Still...the mobile brings life to the room decor. So bummed...but would still recommend this product if it fits your crib.

White plastic mount is bulky and since my crib is cherry, it really stands out and looks awkward. It also pushes the bumper out a bit (at the current height setting). However, these "issues" are likely specific to my crib size/dimentions (Delta Eclipse) -- (I did not want to wall mount it, and put holes in my wall)

Wish the arm was a little longer, but its cute and i think (hope) baby will love it.

No option for mobile spinning w/o music (oh well)

Didn't realize when i put it on my registry that wind ups are loud and they are not long enough to put baby to sleep and you have to keep coming in to rewind them which wakes them up if they were semi-drifting off. also, the music on this particular one is SOOOOOO LOUD it's ridiculous. it's not for sleeping--maybe for playtime. I'm not happy. i have to buy another one for nap time. the baby's at an age where he can recognize me so every time i walk in the room to rewind it he sees me and smiles and it defeats the whole purpose of me walking out of the room. Not happy at all.
