Pretty doll...my only complaint is the doll's eyes do not close! I just assumed they would-wouldn't anyone?? I went to the doll maker's website and they have the nerve to sell cradles and beds for these dolls...dolls that will never close their eyes! LOL My grand daughter is going to be disappointed over that...but she is still a pretty doll. However, I would NOT have bought had I known that up front. This doll is not made to be a little girl's baby doll, more like a collector's doll. But she IS pretty!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
