I read so many reviews on this stroller and decided to give it a try. For me the dealbreaker would've been if my car seat wouldn't fit in it and to my surprise my Graco car seat snapped right on the tray and apparently the new model (manuf 2014) even comes with a strap that attached to the car seat for securing...now i have a travel system!! I was so pleased at how easy it maneuvers. It seems a bit large when folded but i remember having a large stroller with my 1st born (7yr ago) so i expected it to be about the same. This stroller is so much better than the ones with cheap plastic tires!! The wheels are "chrome", makes it look more polished, the parent tray is perfect size and love the canopy with a window you can "peak". Definately worth the money, it does the same as the other expensive ones i'm sure...in fact this one looks more expensive than what it actually is.

We purchased this stroller for our little one about a month ago. At first I thought it was amazing. It seemed to handle well and all until about two weeks later when we noticed that it started to make a funny noise and it started to drag to one side. Upon inspection, we noticed that the air had come out of the tires so we went to put more air in them. One of the three tires would not inflate at all so I went back to Babies'r'us and exchanged it without a problem. We got the new one and things were great up until today when we decided to take it out for a run (after all it is a JOGGING stroller!). When we came back, the wheels were making a funny noise and upon further inspection, we noticed that they wobbled as well! There are small screws (they're not really screws, I'm just not sure what they're called but that's what they look like) that hold the wheels into place that came out about 1/4 of the way.

Love the extras- cup holders, trays. Have used it very well on rough roads and sidewalks. Haven't gone jogging with it yet, but it rides so smooth it makes me want to run with it.

          Great Stroller for the Price

          By GA MAMA

          from Atlanta, GA

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition FX Jogging Stroller - Arctic:

This is a really great stroller for the price! I have had it for a while now and have not had any issues with it. I was very hesitant to buy it at first because of the low ratings, reviews, and several users having issues with the front wheel. But I really needed a jogging stroller for our family vacation without having to spend a fortune on one so I bought this on a whim.

And I am so glad that I decided to buy this! We did not experience any flat tires or have a wobbly front wheel. But what my husband did do prior to installing the front wheel was unscrew the fender and bolt. Then he added a small rubber washer onto the metal washer and put it all back together. It was a 'just in case' kind of thing because I did not want to experience the wobbly wheel if it were to happen. I did some research and someone on YouTube had a permanent fix for this issue and it has worked just fine!

I also did not do a lot of 'jogging' with this stroller. I think if you are a serious runner (marathon or someone who runs every day), you should definitely invest in a 'higher end' jogging stroller since those strollers are more catered to you. I have done casual/brisk walks and light jogging about 2x a week and have not had any issues. I just lock the front swivel wheel and go! We also use it to walk on trails, to the zoo, to the amusement park, the beach, and shopping malls. We have used it for all occasions and it does its job well.

Pros: Glides easily, easy to maneuver, large bottom basket, removable tray (great for when the little one gets older), brakes work wonderfully, LIGHT weight (hardly struggled getting this in and out of the car), parents cupholder & tray is a nice feature, stands when folded (also has a clip so it stays closed), leaves a decent amount of room in the trunk of our mid-sized SUV when folded

Cons: The padding of the seat could be a little bit more padded (I bought a stroller liner from Balboa Baby at Babies 'R' Us and it helps add some extra cushion), I also did not like the stitching that says 'Expedition' on the stroller (it is a personal preference that someone else could overlook but I thought it was tacky - the Baby Balboa stroller liner also fixed this problem by covering it up AND it comes in so many cute prints), it does not have an adjustable handle (something that I would have liked, but did not mind)

Overall, if you are looking for a great jogging stroller that you can use for all-terrains then I do recommend buying it. You just can't beat the price.

I bought this stroller because it was one of the best looking, smooth rolling when I tested it in the store and most affordable. I have no complaints with it and I love that it has a plug in for my iPhone to listen to music. I'm not the type to spend more than 150 on a stroller, and this is in no way a piece of junk. If you need a jogging stroller this will be perfect for you.

I have not used the stroller for that long but it is a great stroller, I think, for the average user that does not go out jogging every day. It feels pretty firm and love the fact it accepts my baby car seat even though it is from a different brand. All in all, I think it was a great investment for the money.

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition FX Jogging Stroller - Arctic:

Hate it, wish I had spent the extra money and gotten the more expensive stroller. Had for about 3 months before it started falling apart.
                    - Front wheel wobbles horribly when walking, no matter how slow or fast you push it, contacted baby trend they told me they designed the front wheel this way to alert parents if you are going too fast as a possible fall hazard. Which is ridiculous because its so wobbly my child gets shaken like a milkshake when I am walking at a snails pace. So I have to keep the front wheel permanently locked. Even took the stoller to a bike repair shop. They looked it all over and said its poorly made and it's not repairable being attached to cheap plastic.

Reclining position doesn't go down far. My child is more upright than laying down, which doesn't make for long naps when you are out and about.

Very heavy and doesn't collapse well. Takes up a large amount of space in my cargo area of my SUV.

Was out in the rain last month and I noticed yesterday that the fabric is starting to mildew. It's suppose to be weather resistant!

Baby tray does not come off! Now that my child is older and outgrown the need for a travel system, I wanted to remove her tray so she can see better. It's permanently locked in there!

At first I loved this stroller, but the front wheel has been giving me so many issues for the last 8 months! It is so difficult to move around. I am going to sell it and get a better one. This one is cheaper for a reason. Don't get me wrong it is a nice jogger but cheaper than the others. If we had more money at the time I would of bought a more expensive one. Plus this one is so bulky and I have got injured so many times folding it and stuffing it into my trunk.
