The tethered ball arm rotates for safe hits off the tee indoors and for chipping indoors. The free ball hits off the tee for chipping and putting outdoors. The set includes 2 balls, 2 clubs with storage on the base and the flags are removable for putting practice. My two year old nephew loves to play with this, and it is great for hand-eye coordination to hit the ball with the club. I think the base should be weighted a bit more though because it tends to move around a lot. Plastic is sturdy and the whole thing is quite colourful.

This golf set is great and very sturdy. My son loves it and got the hang of it right away even though he just turned 2. I only wish it had a little cup or something they could putt into. My husband and I are both having fun playing golf with our son.
