When I received the item I was very excited except there were no instructions as to where the placement was for the adapter. There was really only one place for it, except it did not want to fit there, so I thought I purchased the wrong item.
Once the piece was forced on I had to rearrange the settings on the stroller (which according to the Phil & Teds website, I shouldn't have had to) and now my other daughter does not fit comfortably in the back seat. This was disappointing and a little inconvenient for both my toddler and I as now she does not like riding in the stroller but stills wants to be in it. The adapter was supposed to help with this problem to allow my toddler and infant to ride comfortably and now only my infant can.
However, my infant does ride comfortably and the car seat snaps on to the adapter very easily and releases easily as well. Very sturdy set up.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
