I bought this crib mobile because it looked like it would match our nursery perfectly, which it did. However, after only 4 months of very minimal use, it has broke. Very disappointing for the price. My husband was winding it up and it made a horrible loud noise that scared the baby. I am guessing the spring broke. I bought a mobile for half this price for my first child and it still works. Do NOT buy this mobile.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The mobile is cute, especially if you purchased the matching crib bedding set, but it doesn't install onto a crib with curvy rails. You must have a crib with flat (horizontal) side rails.

        This is a beautiful mobile, however for the price the presentation upon arrival was not so good. I am glad I did not purchase this for a gift, the items were thrown in a clear zip bag, the music box was damaged and missing a flower. They are going to replace these items in about 3 weeks.
