My husband and I purchased this car for our daughters first birthday. I put it together on my own while my daughter was napping, then hid it until her birthday. Assembly wasnt horrible, I didnt have a difficult time putting ti together, but the instructions could have been written a bit better. I LOVE the removeable floor board. At this point this is an indoor/outdoor toy at our home, so we still use the floor board. My daughter loves to open the door, climb in then close the door and pretend to drive. She even makes sounds as she turns the wheel. Very good investment, and I know this is something that she will use for a long time yet. She's not quite ready to go without the floor board all the time (she's 14 months old), she can move the car backwards but then has a harder time getting out when the floor board is removed, but that a milestone she will conquer with time I'm sure. The pink car is very sweet, the license plate sticker on the rear says "princess" Anytime there are other children at our house this car is what they go for, which can cause fights (my neighbors little boy would like to have it all to himself) I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something your children can grow with.

My daughter's birthday party is tomorrow morning, and I seriously regret waiting until she went to bed this evening to begin putting this thing together. Actually, I regret buying it new in the first place. It was ridiculously difficult to assemble. It took me and 3 other people to assemble, it, and we were all worn out and frustrated before it was even completed.
And it's smaller than the older ones used to be. I fear that my 2-year old will grow out of it wayyy before I get my money's worth out of it.
I wish I had just bought one used, although it would be seriously ripping off the person selling it, since they would have had put so much effort into putting it together!

        I really love this toy but the only thing i would change are the wheels they qre so noise in the outdoorsand that it took me a long time to assemble, but otherwise its a nice toy and very durable my baby girl love it and for my baby boy i bought him the red coupe and he love it too

            My grandaughter loves this little coupe! Also have bought one years ago for another grandaughter who loved it as well and then her younger sister too! It is sturdy and parents can even help younger child ride it by walking behind and pushing on the roof of the coupe(some models have handles for pushing). It can be handed down through the generations as it is built to last.

            Looks like you can get a little cart to pull behind the coupe. We were disappointed we didn't get the cart for the anny.version as it showed and said that it came with it! The video even shows the cart with it. A few days after we ordered the coupe and cart, they said they changed the anniversary coupe to no cart with it. Since we ordered before that change, we felt we should also get the cart, so we will be checking into that further now. That is our only complaint...everything else is great about the coupe! Your child or grandchild will love it!

              The assembly was difficult. Took 2 adults an hour to put it together. My daughter loves it but has a very hard time moving it around due to the front wheels turning sideways. I have to turn the wheels all the time. I dont have time to be turing wheels around. It is assembled correctly that the first thing I checked.

              It did take me and my husband over an hour to put the car together but after that was completed our 1 year old daughter loves this toy! I love how they added drink holders in the back, a handle to push the car, a floor board and a door lock. My little one can't reach the ground yet and the floor board is very useful. Over all I would buy this toy again and would just inform others that it does take forever to put together!
