    These are very entertaining for my 14 mo. old daughter. My only compaint is that one of the books talks about different types of instruments (flute, piano, etc.) and I assumed when you pressed the buttons, it would sound like the different instruments, but it doesn't; they all make electronic sounds that aren't very pleasant to my ears.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        The toy was dropped once and wasn't easily started up again. The buttons are good for even a 13 month old to use but the book falls off too easily. It is an ok purachase but just waiting to see what happens the next time it is dropped. It may change my mind commpletly.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
