I ordered this specifically for a vacation and it definitely got put through its paces. It's been used every day for the past 12 days. I typically wear our 10 mo old in a sling, but it's not great for long stretches of time. I needed something that my husband would use as well and that wouldn't hurt my back after hours of wearing while traveling and walking. This definitely worked out well for us. It was easy to adjust the sizing back and forth between my husband (6', 190 lb) and myself (5'6", 130 lb) - which we regularly did. I like that it had the proper hip support as my husband likes to have our daughter facing forward when he carries her and he did frequently. My husband used it on a four hour hike/ excursion with no problems or complaints. I used for a long period of time (five hours) when we were transiting from one city to another by walking, train, water taxi, and all while rolling/ carrying luggage. I admit, that I would forget that I was carrying her as there was no extra strain from the straps. What I loved is that it is so comfortable. If she fell asleep while we were out and about, we would use the sleep hood to keep her head from flopping around. I loved that my husband would wear it and that it was easy to adjust between my husband and me. Also, we had no issues using through airports, unlike my sling which has metal rings. That being said, I have a love/ hate relationship with the velcro. I love that the velcro makes it quick to wrap around the waist. I hate that it would get caught on the sweaters I was wearing! So be warned if you are wearing something that velcro can attach to! There are some moments when undoing the velcro is just loud. (e.t. Visitng a church/ museum to look at the art work, and daughter started to get fussy in the stroller - pulled out the folded ergo and undid the velcro to strap around my waist...it sounded like it echoed through the whole building and all attention on me). I'd probably need to step out of the room if she's sleeping if I needed to undo the velcro. The carrier itself can also get hot. It's rather thick, so I don't know how much I'll use this in the summer or in temperatures warmer than about 78degrees F. I also did have some trouble reaching the snaps to connect the sleep hood. Maybe my shoulders just don't rotate like that. My husband normally had to help me, although he never had problems when he was wearing it and needed to use the hood. I will say that the first time I used it, it did hurt my shoulder/ neck, but it had to do with the way I adjusted the back panel. Once I figured that out, it wasn't a problem. On the whole, I really liked this carrier. I think it was a great buy and couldn't really find another on the market that matched our needs for the carrier.

I tried this on in-store. I'm 5'1, with a lot of post-preggo weight. Even with my extra weight, I can't get the shoulder straps to adjust small enough for me. I also couldn't get it on by myself--the back clip was too low, and thus really challenging to get into my grip to do up. Both my daughter and I were really uncomfortable in it, and in the front-facing position her knees weren't above her hips (which is why I'd get this carrier over another one). I decided to go with another carrier. The fabric felt quite nice, but would likely be a bit thick for warmer months.

Comments about Ergobaby Four Position 360 Carrier - Grey:

At first I couldn't use this product right away since I had a c-section. My belly was to big and round still to use it plus I was still in pain but after my baby was around 4 to 5 weeks I was able to use ofcourse with the added newborn insert. It was pretty comfortable to use and I felt my baby was safe. I read other reviews that the Velcro is loud which it is. My baby is use to loud sounds though so it isn't a problem and if I felt it was I would just unwrap it outside the room. I never had the original ergo baby carrier that didn't have Velcro. Either way I actually like the Velcro since my size is constantly changing. My baby now will be two months soon and this product is easily adjustable. I had originally bought the early version but once I saw this new product out with 4 positions it sold me. I can't wait to put my baby girl in the front position when she's big enough. For now I use the product when she isn't sleeping yet and fussy and I have errands to run in the house. While i walk around she falls asleep pretty fast. I saw other reviews that complained about the pocket the original had. I only see a small zipper pocket on this new one near where the babies head would be. I don't use it thought. Maybe an i.d or pacifier fit there. Since I never had the original this feature isn't a plus or loss for me but if I had to had something added to this new one a pocket where I could put my wallet/phone probably near the Velcro strap area would be nice , anywhere really. Overall I like this product so far. Pros are I like how it looks, that it's sturdy, easy to figure out how to use without reading instructions, and comfortable on my back and hips. Cons: a pocket would be nice, it's a little heavy but not unbearable just not light weight (this makes it sturdy and makes me feel like it's safe to use though, con and pro i guess)

I waited for two months for this carrier and it was totally worth it! I love it and most importantly my 5 month old likes being carried around in it. It has saved me a lot of stress since I have 2 other kids that need me. I just put my very heavy 19 lb baby in it and I could get so much done...What I love the most is that my baby's body is in the appropriate position. The cost is the only downside for me.

After calling every store in San Diego, I finally got my hands on an Ergo 360! I was shocked that it was the grey color, as most stores only carry black when it is in stock. I love it!! I loved my Petunia Picklebottom Ergo, however, I always wished it could forward face. The Ergo 360 listened to parent's wishes and came out with the best carrier ever. Easy to use, nice to look at, and best of all, my baby loves it! Now I can run after my 2 year old and my 2 month old is also happy! Thank you Ergo!

Comments about Ergobaby Four Position 360 Carrier - Grey:

I was very happy with my Petunia Picklebottom classic Ergo, as was my baby. However, I always wished it was forward facing. As a pediatric nurse, I think that hip placement in a carrier is very important. I actually have a friend who used one of the other top brands of carrier where the legs "hang" and her daughter now has hip issues at the age of 6. The Ergo 360 is great. It is easy to use, it looks nice, and my baby loves it! I don't mind the velcro at all. I am so glad I purchased the Ergo 360. My newborn is happy and so is my 2 year old since I can now keep up with her!

I was going to purchase the original when I heard of the 360. I have the bjorn but it killed my back even when my son was still small so I knew I needed something different. Of course as soon as I decided on the 360 they sold out EVERYWHERE, but to me the forward facing option was a must have so I waited for it to return to stock. I must say, it was definitely well worth the wait! My son loves it and he really loves the forward facing option. I haven't mastered the side or back options but I can't wait to try them.

I've been through my share of carriers with 6 month old twins and this is by far my favorite. It is easy to use, is not heavy/hot, and super versatile. I love all of the different positions they can be in-more specifically the forward facing position. It distributes the weight evenly for me and is very comfortable for my babies to be in for getting things done!

Wonderful carrier that can be used forward facing and forward outward facing. The only one that is safe for baby's hips. Easy to wash, dries fast, and the teething pads (sold seperately) are must needed. My only complaint is that it would be nice for it to come in other colors besides black and grey.

What was all the hype about?

Comments about Ergobaby Four Position 360 Carrier - Grey:

I am a big ergo fan, and this is my third one. I have a performance, a stowaway and now the 360. I wish there was a way to combine all three. The main selling point for me on this Was a forward facing feature. Other than that option I must say the performance is my favorite. The 360s Velcro is so annoying and loud. I don't find it anymore comfortable. Another dusappointment is no pocket or an available pouch for storage to add. The shoulder straps aren t the best for my small frame either even at the smallest setting. It also gets warm, something my performance is great for. I don't need. 3 Carriers so I wish there was a proper way to store then when not in use like the clutch option w the stowaway. I'm only keeping the 360 for the FF feature, because for that alone it might be worth it since my son loves looking at everything.

Great for hikes. My baby took naps in it and he felt like he was being held, without my arms killing me. Easy to put on. Grandparents loved it too

I bought this two months ago and use it all the time. It is so comfortable, I barely feel my babies weight, the extra shoulder padding and thick waist band are perfect. Since there is no pocket I put my cell phone and keys in the hood pouch and that works just fine. Best of all my baby loves it too and we can go on long walks, do house choirs, or run errands comfortably- so much so that he usually falls alseep.
