This lock was way to easy for my 3 year old to figure out. I had to return it. It might work o.k. for really little ones...but not 2-3 years olds.

Sticks great even in our warmer upstairs! Peel off the back and apply. It works great! Stays put even with my son hanging off of it. I would recommend this product 100% I bought this one and the cheaper one and this one works and the cheaper model did not. Am planning on buying more. I wish they were a little more available. I had to order mine online.

We used a similar lock on a door that opens out, so the lock didn't interfere with the door frame. This one can't be mounted on a door with a door frame that opens in (i.e. our bathroom).

This unit does not fit commercial size door handles. Took the product back. Still looking for commercial size products.

This product was too big for our doors. With an active two-year old, my intent was to childproof her room. She is so active that I have difficulties getting ready in the morning. I wanted a product that would allow me to childproof her room and give her a safe place to play. Obviously, this product will not suffice; therefore, I had to return the handle lock and purchase one that will meet the needs of my family.

They didnt fit on any of my doors. Its too big. Great idea but a waste of money

I had high hopes for this lock, but with the curvy design of our lever, our 21-month-old can still get the door open even with the lock activated -- the "c" has enough wiggle room that the door latch opens when he pulls on the handle. And unlike another reviewer, I don't like the self-adhesive, because I know it will rip the paint off our door upon removal, and we can't try to make an adjustment on the placement of the lock because it's a one-time deal. At this point, it's a shiny, bulky deterrent at best...

I did research for days for reviews of the only 2 products it seemed that were on the market for lever handles. I have a very advanced 14 month old that knows how to unlock and lock doors and opoen and close them of course. I finally decided it was time to put a stop to the finger smashing and room destroying. Well I purchased 5 of these ones because i know it sounds silly but they were more expensive and the reviews were much better. Needless to say for the most part they work good. Although they rub on the door frame and you have to pull the door hard to get the door closed and it makes tons of noise when the baby is sleeping. That can probably be fixed with some minor adjusting of the door handles, but do not use these on doors you open and close several times a day. THe one on my bedroom door fell off, so each time hes out and about I have to restick it to the door and hope it doesnt fall off. Other than that they serve their purpose for the other doors, I just feel like I should have tried at least 1 of the 5.00 ones to compare the difference myself =D

This product was easy to put on the door and it uses a self adhesive so there's no permant holes in your door! Our daughter pulls on it all the time and so far it's held up great! I would definetly recommend!
