It worked enough to use 6-7 times, until I opened the freezer, it slipped off the shelf, fell five feet to the ground and shattered. Now there's no more plastic casing around the ice... In the factory, a slightly reinforced seal could have prevented this.

i bought 2 packages (4 ice packs total) one did crack at the seam and had to be thrown out.. the other three are still in use (7wks now). they are thin, and i put one on each side of a little cooler fit to hold 2 bottles... if the bottles are cold when placed in the cooler, these ice packs helped to keep it cool for several hours. good for running errands or a few hrs out of the house.

We bought these 5 weeks ago. Yesterday, one broke and ruined my sons fitted hat and other items in his backpack baby bag. Poor quality..... the seam just came apart!!

DO NOT buy this product. It should be pulled altogether. I purchased 2 packages (total of 4 packs.) All 4 packs came apart at the seams within 1 week. The fluid poured into the the bottom of my baby's lunch bag. This item needs to be RECALLED.
