I got this guitar only because I had a coupon for it and my daughter who was 2 a the time had been asking for it...cannot be any happier with the product. My daughter has had it for 3 years and it has been the favorite toy on playdates. Boys and girls both have played with it and many parents I know have purchased it by request of the children. I am now going to get one for my neice who loved it the last time she came over. The guitar has been played almost everyday for the past 3 yrs and I haven't had to change the batteries and all parts stil work.

We have had these for 2 years and everything still works - all the buttons work, no broken strings. Haven't even had to replace the batteries, and my kids use and abuse these quite often. There are better guitars out there, but for double or triple the price. All in all, good deal for the $

It stops working within a day or two of buying it, we had 2 and they both stopped working within a day or two... Its a waist of money, dont buy this item spend a little more money for a better guitar.

The second day after Christmas the 8 sound effect buttons just stopped working. Couldn't return it because we threw away the box that it came in.

The "fret" buttons stopped working by mid morning. So my child could not play songs any more. Took it back to get it replaced and the only one they had left had the same problem.
