My daughter fell in love with this in the store, so I told her grandparents about it, and of course she received it for Xmas. She is quite a bit younger than the suggested age, so I would never let her play w/ it by herself or unattended. With that being said she's had it for only a week and a half, and the wire broke near the part that is inserted to the keyboard, a clean cut almost... It's a very thin wire to begin with, but now what am I supposed to do? That's her favorite part. It's too cheap to replace
(the microphone) and too cheap to fix it and still trust it for my kids to play with. It's an inexpensive toy, it's decent for $20-25, but if your child is anything like mine, and wants to sing or scream into a microphone, I would invest in a nicer keyboard, definitely:(

My granddaughters totally enjoy their keyboard. I would like to see them playing music themselves instead of just listening to the response of the button. Is there a music book that comes with the Dream Dazzlers Keyboard? They carry this instrument from one room to another without any problems then to the back yard to play concerts with their friends. They also seem to have lost the microphone that goes with it - is there a place to get another one?

Product was good at first, then quit working. Changed batteries twice, still wouldn't work. It turns on, plays beginning tune, then stops, none of the keys work. Microphone still works, so I know it isn't the sound??

My daughter got this keyboard for Christmas. Two weeks later the volume control stopped working – it would only play very low. Because we threw away the packaging, Toys R Us would only do an exchange, even with the original receipt. And I was charged additional tax for the exchange!! I really didn't want another one of the same brand – I was hoping to get a different kind of keyboard with a merchandise credit. I would think twice about buying from Toys R Us again with such a poor return policy. And I would recommend trying another keyboard!

The keyboard is awesome but the microphone is so so. handle with care.

I couldn't wait to give this to my 5 yr old daughter for Christmas. She opened it and was so excited. Played with it for a couple of days and then the microphone stopped working and the volume would not turn up. Very disappointed in the product. I will be taking it back to Toys R Us tomorrow for a refund.

I got this for my 4 year old daughter's birthday, and she absolutely loved it... except the microphone didn't work from the very start. What a disappointment. There's obviously an issue based on all the other comments.

I bought this for my grand daughter for 5th birthday who takes piano lessons, but this gave her anough musical playing action. She loved it!

This product fell way short of our expectations. Less that 2 weeks after we bought it the microphone no longer worked and this was probably the one thing our granddaughter liked the most about it! The microphone NEVER stayed in the whole it was designed to sit in. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

We bought two of these for our granddaughters. In the first 24 hours one of the microphones quit working.
