Features


Magic mode

Push the top button on the train and it will lay a piece of track all by itself and roll forward as the "Choo Choo Song" plays. Watch as the engine magically picks up and lays down the train track.


Classic mode

Turn the crazy crank to shift gears to Classic mode. In Classic mode, you set up the track and connect the cars to the train. Then take Mickey for a ride while the "Choo Choo Song" plays and the whistle blows.

The Mickey's Magic Choo Choo train set includes 10 pieces of track, 1 car, 2 signs, a crossing gate and a Mickey figure.

 
Description



Mickey's Magic Choo Choo lays its own tracks just like on the show! Just the top button on the train and it will lay a piece of track all by itself and roll forward as the Choo Choo song plays! Then turn the crazy crank to shift gears to "mode 2." The child will then lay out the track and connect the cars to the train. There is also a gate on the back of the train that the child must turn into position. The train will go around the track and you can hear phrases and sound effects. Includes 10 pieces of track, 1 car, 2 signs, a crossing gate and a Mickey figure.

My daughter loves the "Choo Choo Express" Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVD that this toy is inspired from. So when she opened it for Christmas she was so excited because it was from something she knew. It still runs absolutely fine and it's played with everyday. It's adorable looking and I purchased it for [$] and I think it's well worth that price or even $50, but I have seen it as pricey as $70, so buy it in the right place. I will say that it has to be on the right surface and it can be sensitive to going off track if it's bumped into, but she caught onto that pretty quickly. We sometimes have it on a play table because it's absolutely smooth and runs with no problem and there's no stepping into it, but we have also had it on tile and worked well 90% of the time. For some I guess it can seem loud, but she loves it and it's not about the adults. The "Magic" mode i think is for an older child because right now she lets it run into things. It works well with the one piece of track but sometimes doesn't keep going with the two pieces(you'll know what I mean after the purchase). That's mostly why i gave it one less star. From my point of view i almost gave it 3 stars, but it's not for me it's for my daughter and she doesn't get the flaws, she just thinks it's so much fun and absolutely loves it. It was one of the biggest hits of her Christmas. This is the first review I have ever wrote, and I'm writing it because i read up on this toy myself before my purchase and if i had listen to most i wouldn't have bought it, but it ended up working out well for us. If you happen to have bad luck you can always return it, definitely worth the try!

We followed the directions in installing the batteries, powering on and setting to the two modes. The music plays, but the wheels simply will not turn in any mode.

My two year old loves it, but I do not! [...] Even with the track almost complete, the train doesn't really run on it! When in the magic mode, it jams after the third time it places a track down, even on wood floor. Forget it running on carpet! I guess we will just run it on the floor without the track.

I got this train for my 2 year old son for Christmas. It is a very cute toy and he loves it, BUT it does not work on hardwood floors at all. Nothing like tears on Christmas morning b/c his train would not drive around it's track. It does drive on hardwood when it is not on the track. We have not got it to work on the track at all and have tried 3 types of floors.

This toy is great!!! We have been able to use it around the track and in the magic mode. We have hardwood floors so there have been no issues. I did try to take it to my daughters play room where there is carpet and couldn'tget the magic mode to work. Overall we LOVE this toy!

I was a little worried about buying this for my son for Christmas after reading all of the reviews. I am so glad I did! He loves it! We have had no issues with it. It works great on the oval track and the Magic mode works every time. We have mostly hardwoods in our house, so maybe the issue is carpet.
