I use them in a Safety 1st diaper pail and have for over a year now, I love them! They don't stop the odor, come on nothing will, but they cut it down and stop it from coming out of the diaper pail. But you have to change them about every other time you change the garbage bag, but for such a low price for six, well worth it. For me I change mine about once a month, so I only need two packs in a year not bad for helping reduce the odor.

Absolutely the worst waste of money out there, not to mention resourses. They didn't work at all, and if anything, made the smell worse my mixing with the dirty diapers into a horrific odor. Try sprinkling Baking soda and a drop or two of essential oils [like Tea Tree Oil or the like] on a small piece of fabric you attach to the diaper pail. It's more natural and effective.

I put these in my Diaper Pal, but have not been impressed with them. In addition to putting these in the diaper pal, I have had to spray febreeze to address the smell.

At the moment I'm using disposable diapers because my baby is a newborn, but I will be switching over to cloth as soon as she's a bit bigger. I bought these for my cloth diapers, but decided to try it out now. It isn't even effective with my disposables, so I doubt it'll work well with cloth. There's another product I used years ago called geodisks that were far more effective, but I've been unable to locate them. That's the only reason I tried these.

I don't notice any smell from these at all, and they certainly don't make my diaper pail any less smelly. I get more satisfaction by putting a dryer sheet in there to cover up smells!

After changing this thing every few weeks, I still did not notice a difference in using this with the Safety 1st diaper pail. Instead, I spend under 50 cents for a box of baking soda and slip that in the bottom of the diaper pail. It cuts down on the odor better than does discs.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
