    The volume control has a kind of bad contact and sometimes the volume is low, but when you touch the key, the volume increases. I do not know if it's a normal interference of the product or if it is a problem / defect.

    This is one of the best things i've bought lately! The light is nice and bright, I got it in blue and its a beautiful addition to the room. There are few different colors. It can make the IPOD go REALLY quiet or quite loud!
    The pull chain is a little tough but its solid! No worries about breaking it. The shade is like silk and smooth! The best part is it plays my music as quiet or as loud as i want! AND it charges it as well! I VERY HIGHLY recommend this product! Would be nice if the cord was a touch longer but its ok and if it was just a touch cheaper but excellent product! Might go get another!
