This turned out to be an amazing figure. I ordered it online from this site without even seeing the stock image, not really knowing what I'd be receiving. I'm happy to say that I'm very pleased with what arrived.

I love the fact that you can move the legs, wings and head, since very few, if any, of the Giratina figures from Japan that I own have any articulation at all.

This toy is even directly proportionate in size to a figure released in Japan of Giratina's Origin Forme, which was a really neat coincidence.

The only inaccuracy in the figure is the tail where a thick line was painted instead of two thin lines, but it's minor enough that I personally don't mind.

What I want to know is this: if Jakks' small Pokémon figures are of such appalling quality, why are the big ones so good? This is truly an impressive figure. For one thing, it's HUGE. It's about 8 inches long and 6.5 inches tall. For another thing, most of the problems that plague Jakks Pacific's smaller Pokémon figures - sloppy paint jobs, fragility, etc. - are absent on this Giratina. It's also relatively posable - you can move:

-the wings
-the neck
-the tail
-each of the six legs

- That's 10 points of articulation. The only real problem would be its slightly goofy expression. Overall, it's one of the few American figures that's as good as the Japanese imports.
