Children's exercise should be fun, exciting, and safe. This Fun & Fitness Weight Bench promotes a healthy fitness lifestyle at an early age. The Weight Bench focuses on three different exercises: bench press, forward leg curl and reverse leg curl. It's easy to adjust the bar according to your child's height. The weights are constructed from heavy-duty foam, and foam padding surrounds the metal tubing to guard against bumps and bruises. This fun health system is easy to assemble with the included instructions and tools. Coated with lead-free paint. Not intended for use by a child weighing over 150 lbs. Never allow more than one user at a time. Assembled dimensions: 45.25"L x 27.5"W x 36.625"H. Small weight: 2 oz. Medium weight: 4.8 oz. Large weight: 11.2 oz. Total weight including bar: 4.25 lbs.

My son loved it before we got it out the box! Once it was out he loved it even more. Great product to keep kids active, and feel like dad, or just to feel like a little john cena (my sons obsessed with wwe wrestling). Its an awesome product and I would recommend it to anyone!!!!!!! The quality is awesome very durable, strong materials, also kid friendly. It doesn't get better than that!!!!

The weight set for kids, although I love the idea it seems a bit to heavy, it is a gift for my grandchildren who are 3 to 6 years old for Christmas which is on December 25, 2010, however I will have an opportunity to give a better review than.

I ordered this weight bench for my grandson's
4th birtday. It was the prefect gift. the size
was prefect, (just right) the weights itself was
just the prefect weight. The leg lifts was easy
for my grandsons legs. my family and friends
love it. I love it, most of all my grandson loves
it. I love this item and would recommend it to
every 4 year old boy in the world.
