The bingo set is missing 2 numbered bingo balls and a couple of bingo cards have duplicate numbers on the same card. The bingo cage is pretty cheaply made. However, the carrying case is actually decent.
I will return for an even exchange. Hope the next one was inspected better. If not I will return for refund.

Returned originallly because balls did not have letters.Then I returned that purchase because the ball tray was missing; the clerk decided to check the new one before I left...good thing because she opened 3 new ones before she found one with all parts.While playing with my grandkids we discovered SEVERAL cards with duplicate numbers in the G and O column( ex:G 51 3 times on same card,G70,75 and O54,58).I have spent more time and gas money returning this poorly made game than it is worth!!! DON'T BUY, IT IS JUNK!!!

My grandkids found it harder to follow because the letters in the word "BINGO" weren't placed over each column like they are supposed to be. The numbers on the balls were really hard to read and the bingo cards were very small and made of thin cardboard. I bought this game to use at our large family get togethers but there were only 200 markers for 17 cards! That's less than 12 markers to use per card! We had to use coins. I looked in the box to see if there was a way to order more markers but there isn't. I'm glad I still have my receipt because this game is junk and is DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF HOW THIS PRODUCT WAS MADE. THE WORD BINGO IS NOT LINED UP WITH THE COLUMNS OF NUMBERS, WHICH MAKES IT HARD FOR THE LITTLE KIDS TO FOLLOW. AFTER USING THE BINGO BALLS IN THE CAGE A FEW TIMES, THE WRITING COMES OFF THE BALLS AND YOU CAN'T READ WHAT THE LETTERS OR NUMBERS ARE. MY HUSBAND ACTUALLY RE-WROTE THEM WITH A SHARPIE.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and the first time we opened it the numbers and letters were rubbing off the balls. We have used it 3 additional times and it's just getting worse. Here it is 4 days after Christmas and I'm looking for BINGO Balls that are sold separately.

I agree with the previous reviewer in almost everything. The letters of the word "bingo" should appear directly above each row. It is very confusing for children. The numbers and letters on the balls are practically illegible and they are very fragile. The cage does not operate properly. I bought this for my grandkids to play over the holidays but it is going right back to the store.

The word B I N G O should appear over each column, not just at the top.
It was confusing for my 5 year old grandaughter. The balls "letters & numbes" were not always clear & some were broken.
The cage was great & the kids had fun with it.
