I had 2 ship to store radios. When I got got they but a better radio "set" in one bag my mistake. I went back and "tried" to do the honest thing and return the more expensive wrong radio. (this one cost twice as much). The offer still stands..I didn't open it and they will not allow me to give them back the more expensive radios.

It actually works really well, just don't expect to get 16 miles out of it. I'd say we were able to get 1/2 mile away in our neighborhood and still keep reception. I bought it for my 4 yr old to play with, I just wish it didn't have a very loud pager button that he likes to press, over, and over, and over again!!!

My 8 year old saved his money to buy these. They weren't in-stock in store so I ordered from the store to get free expedited shipping. The expedited did not happen. I was told 2-3 days, instead it was 7 days. When we finally received them they didn't work. Batteries didn't charge. Returned to store no problem. They were now in-stock so I exchanged for another pair. Those too did not charge! I would not recommend these at all!

Very nice, worked about 1 mile in an area with many hills and trees. Inside the car you get more interference. Button is a little hard to push for a kid but got used to it. 5 stars if it was a little cheaper

I purchased this online as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves walkie-talkies and pretended to have one all the time before we got him this one. He was super happy when he opened it. He has a great time playing with it. The batteries are included so that was a big plus.

These are great! My 7 year old son loves them, he plays army with his friends all the time. They are small & perfect for small hands.

These walkie talkies are perfect for families/kids 6 and older. Clarity was great, ease of use was good and I can see these being well-used in theme parks or when the kids want to send messages to their parents. We've bought other models before for much more and had no better clarity than with this set. The directions to remove the clip in back wasn't quite clear, but once you get the hang of it, there were no problems. We actually are going out to buy more of these for the rest of the family.

As a toy these things are great. Do yourself a favor and buy these instead of the themed walkie talkie's like the Little Mermaid ones because those stink and you only paying for the theme. Great for little kids because these are small and easy to work. Only has a range of about a mile but as a toy these are awesome.
