This is a really great changing table. We have a very small room to use for a nursery until our addition is finished on our house, and this provided the storage space we needed while still providing a sturdy and attractive piece for the nursery.

It was super easy to put together--I don't know why people have said it was difficult! One reviewer mentioned that the shelving is thin--though this is the case, they are not weak. I've loaded mine up with all kinds of stuff, and they haven't showed signs of distress.

I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant, and I was able to put this together and set everything up very easily. My changing pad fit fine, and was secured very easily. You can fit a lot and get a lot of function out of this very reasonably priced changing table.

The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5:

1) It had a few dings in it. It's going in the baby's room, so obviously this is inevitable anyway. They're not even noticeable--I only realized it when I was close to the pieces putting them together. This is bound to happen as long as you buy a piece of furniture that comes in pieces in a box.

2) The instructions weren't very good... everything is pretty cut-and-dry, but some of the parts were mislabeled. If you look at a picture of the completed piece, you'll see it is very easy but don't stay married to the instructions--they weren't very good

Overall a satisfied customer.

This came with a fairly large gash in the side of one of the main pieces, but since my baby is already overdue I figure I'll just put that side toward the wall. The product looks exactly like I thought it would and is a typical low priced changing table from what I've seen (been a nanny for at least 6 babies). One other bad thing -the safety bar (underneath the top shelf) did not reach completly from one side to another. I had to make my own hole to attach it and chipped some of the wood in the process (yikes).

I purchased this for my daughter after much debate. I received this table and was happy that the box was not damaged at all. It was Christmas Eve when my husband went upstairs to put the table together. It was going to be a great Christmas gift, since my daughter was born on the 13th. As he was taking the parts out of the box he noticed that the end piece that was packed in Styrofoam was broken in half. To say the least I was highly upset!! What a Christmas Eve present! I called Toys R Us to return the item and asked if I wanted another one and I declined. After the pick up I tracked the package and it took 3 days for them to receive it and I got a confirmation that it was returned and signed for. Well a week later I did not receive my refund so I called and was on the phone 19 minutes with a very incompetent customer service rep. I was told several things, finally she told me that it would be 2-3 business days for me to get my refund. This experience has been HORRIBLE to say the least and I will not be buying anything from Babies R Us online for a while.

I purchased this item despite the negative reviews. When it arrived I was very surprised on how beautiful it was. I insepcted every piece there were no broken and/or scratched parts. Everything was perfect! In terms of putting it together it took me a total of 45 minutes (I was moving really slow). I don't know what other people were reading but to me the instructions were simple as ABC. When fully assembled the piece couldn't have been sturdier. Yes the shelves are a little thinner than I would have liked but there's a metal bar that goes underneath for extra support. I've already filled the shelves and everything is secure. Once baby arrives and I start using it I'm not worried about her falling through she'll be just fine.

The only con is that the stickers on the upper rails are very hard to remove while the others (which no one is gonna see) peel right off.

For the price this item is not horrible but I was really disappointed [...]We are having twins and got a really sturdy gorgeous changing from Pottery Barn that is amazing and there is absolutely NO comparison in terms of quality but the price of this one was $200 cheaper. We needed a second for our downstairs area and we decided we did not want to spend $300 on a second one from [...]...so for the price this is decent. It actually has a really nice look to it, but the quality is not the best....if you are looking for just a basic changing table, this will do.

It's a wonderful product, i love the dark wood although it is much darking than my crib and exspected it to be. But it's still perfect, even for as my daughter grows she'll be able to use it! I would highly recommend this product its stylish and very strong!!

Just put the item together today. What a low quality product! Not only was the paint chipped on both legs, the holes for the dowels would not line up. Once I forced them to, the holes on the other side were so big that the dowels would not stay in place. Lastly, one of the supports broke while putting it together. I wouldn't trust putting a baby on this time after time and expect it to hold.

Very sturdy. Pad that comes with it is very flimsy and thin but they all come with flimsy pads. Bought the Serta contour pad to go on top and it fits perfectly! Shelves easily fit 3 baskets on each for storage. Overall, we're happy with this table!
