The plastic pins for connecting parts are flimsy and several of these broke off rendering the toy inoperable prior to use.

Parts do not stay attached well.

My son received this as a gift. I started to put it together when I realized it was missing a piece so the car lift wouldn't work. Then the car shoot is very difficult for a young child.

Took longer than expected to put together with all the stickers. Then the lever to race the car snapped on my son's fingers, that didn't go over very well. After a couple of uses the loop broke. I tried to repair it but no use. It was in the garbage by day 3. Don't waste your money!

This is a complete piece of junk. The car doesn't make it around the loop - it just smacks into the other side and falls on its back. The ending track detaches every few seconds. The lift is too stiff to lift. That and it took 2 of us an hour to get all the decals on. [...] There's a good reason why this toy is so relatively inexpensive.

Had I only listened to the other reviewer...but my nephew had his heart set on this. I just spent 45 minutes putting this together with its 34 decals and many, many extremely flimsy pieces. Pay close attention to how you put the loop together--correctly, the car will make the loop. I did it wrong at first. The car lift is a bit of a joke, as the pieces fit together poorly so it makes it difficult to raise up and down. Overall a disappointment. Will return it if I can. It's a ToysRUs brand, and honestly, it's not their best. It should cost about half of what it costs for the amount of assembly the buyer will have to do! Diagrams from an additional perspective would greatly help assembly and sticker placement.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
