I love this seat! It was easy to install, while it is big I find it easy to adjust the straps as well. My son is now 13 months and still has Tons of room in it (rear Facing), I even put my 4 year old in, just to see and she was perfectly comfortable sitting Rear Facing in it. I would HIGHLY recommend this seat.

Best product ever it may be large but is worth every penny, the cover goes off and on easily and is meachine washable, easy to instal once you get the hang of it.

We are using this carseat for our 14 month old girl and so far it has been a great purchase. We haven't had a problem with the straps like some other reviewers, but we were already used to the Graco style strapping from our infant seat.

We get a lot of use out of the cupholders, which are nice to have for water bottles and even just for small toys.

I do agree that it's ridiculously bulky, but I drive a small sports sedan and it really hasn't been too bad (as a side note, for some odd reason it's actually easier to get her in and out of it in my sedan than it is in my husband's SUV). It would be nice to have something a little slimmer, but it seems like all the carseats in this category are pretty bulky.

this seat is awesome! we bought the bartlett pattern from [...]but i just wanted to get this review out there so other moms could see how great this carseat is : ]before purchasing this seat, we bought the safety 1st complete air carseat. we have a 2006 vw jetta and the safety 1st seat DID NOT fit at all. we spent hours trying to get it in the car. no go.so we took it back and got this. the graco LATCHed right in. it was very tight immediately and the level was right on (for rear facing).i took it out and tried it out forward facing. same thing, tight fit and again, easy to install.i put it back rear facing with ease and now all we have to do is see if our son is comfortable for the ride. i love that it holds the infant rear facing up to 40 lbs.the only con would be that it is bulky, but that is because this seat holds your child up to 65lbs, so its really no problem.i would buy this again and i highly reccomend this carseat to other moms looking for the right carseat for their babes!

We've had this car seat for over a month and we LOVE it! My toddler loves it! He's comfortable - it's reclined seating position allows for easy naps. The two cup holders are great for storing snacks/drinks/toys/binkie! Straps are JUST like the graco infant carrier - easy to use, no tangling! We are using it in the forward facing position using the Latch System - no problems in my Honda! Considering you get a safe, reliable, comfortable, sturdy car seat... I couldn't justify spending over $300 dollars on "name brand" when Graco has all I need and LOVE!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this! The straps were confusing at first, not like others. But after looking at the manual, they work GREAT. I've had no problems with adjusting them. My son who is 6 months loves it and falls asleep pretty fast. We have a van so i didn't nimd the bulky, I figure the bulkier the better. I have no complaints.

I just purchased this seat and was pleased to find that some of the concerns mentioned in other reviews have been addressed. 1) The infant seat liner now has two strap slots on it to allow for more room for baby to grow. 2) The seat cover is elasticized around the edges to keep it in place.

I found the seat to be easy to install rear-facing utilizing the Latch straps. In terms of fit, it is a fairly large seat but fits in my '05 Outback. The front seat does need to be forward, so a tall person might have a problem with leg room up front, but there is enough room for an average person. We also tried it in a Ridgeline where there was more than enough room.

As others have mentioned in a rear-facing position the strap adjustment sits right up against the back seat, so it is a little more difficult to get to. Would definitely be much easier in a front-facing position.

My daughter (18 mo) sits well in it and seems very comfortable. She fell asleep on her first ride in it, and she is not a car sleeper! The only down side to fit/comfort is that the "wings" of the side protection are angled in far enough that for a child with a broader shoulder, there might not be adequate shoulder room. I would like to see just a little more space across the back in the shoulder area.

I would also like to see some kind of strap holder just for convenience, but it isn't a big deal. Overall it is a very nice seat and I am very pleased with the higher weight limit for rear-facing (40#). Those looking for ERF will find a good option in this seat, and the higher limit on front-facing harness (65#) means you may not need a booster seat later.

My 11 mth old seems to be very happy with the comfort of this carseat. She falls asleep 5 min after i put her in it which she didnt do with the Chicco infant carrier. It is bulky but seems sturdy and safe. On the neg. side- i find it very difficult to tighten the straps once i place her in it. The straps are easy to tighten when she is not in it. It could be that adjusting it from an angle in the car is the problem. I also think that the chest clip is hard to open but I think that will be a positive thing when she is old enough to undo it herself. I am overall happy with our choice of seats.
