The design of the Moby Wrap uses your entire back, as well as your shoulders, to carry the weight of your baby. Unlike other carriers, which have narrow straps or go across one shoulder, the Moby Wrap is a wide piece of durable fabric that is wrapped over both shoulders. It is amazingly comfortable and easy to wear. There are no buckles, snaps or other fasteners (that may break or bend). It is easy to adjust the fit of your Moby Wrap by varying how tightly you wrap yourself and baby. Moby Wraps are one size which means all caregivers can easily and comfortably share one wrap. Moby Wrap can be used for babies from 8-35 pounds.

Moby Wrap, Inc., headquartered in Chico, CA, was founded by two mothers on a quest for the perfect way to carry Baby. After extensive research on child carriers from around the world, they developed a sling-like fabric cotton wrap designed to distribute the weight of Baby evenly from a parent's shoulders to hips.

Moby Wraps align Baby's center of gravity uniquely close to a parent's body to provide extra comfort and security. These wrap-style fabric child carriers don't have buckles, snaps or other fasteners. It is easy to adjust the fit of a Moby Wrap by varying the tightness of the wrap itself.

This thing was hard to figure out. I had to end up watching the instructional video online in order to understand how it works. It is really a pain to get it ready for baby, and once it's all wrapped around you, it's very bulky. With baby inside, it's hot both for mom and baby. I'm switching back to my good old fashioned baby carrier.

i love this wrap my 6 week old is in it all the time, i'm wearing her right now. it is way easier than other carriers, i just wish the fabric was wider, i'm tall (5'10) and my baby is long, the fabric is not wide enough for the logo panel to come up as high on the baby as suggested in the video and pamphlet. i dont like that you have to re-wrap every time you take the baby out , i wish there was just a tiny bit more stretch or that it was completely rigid like a woven. also it's a bit warm for central california summers but i was recently in washington and it was perfect for the weather there.

This baby wrap is a savior i have a larger one year old (28Lbs) and we flew from WA to SC she rode in it the entire time and was super comfy. it distributed her weight through out my back which is alot nicer than other carriers. i only can wish i would have had it travelling from WA to GA and back!!!

Moby is the best wrap for a newborn: comfortable, able to do skin to skin contact, keeps baby SECURE before newborn is big enough for a BabyBjorn. It`s easy to use although need to practice for a few times. Not too stylish but babies love it! Very comfortable and secure when doing housework.
