Came cracked!

Very disappointed niece on Christmas! I checked it out before I wrapped it but not good enough. When my niece took it out of the box she was all excited until we saw that the neck of the guitar was cracked straight across the back! She was very disappointed and had to go home empty handed. I may try one more time to re-order this only because she loves Hello Kitty, and give them one more try to get it right!

This guitar is CHEAP

I bought this for my niece for Christmas and I am sooo thankful that I opened the box to have a look because the paint job was awful and the whole thing was made sloppy with imperfections everywhere. I am so surprised that ToysRus would even think about selling something produced this sloppy. The only thing I can say is it sounded good for a kids toy but I will be returning it. Very disappointed!
