I would like to note: A "swim diaper" is not made to "absorb" liquid (ie. water/pee) as several of the reviewers have mentioned. A swim diaper is designed only to hold in solids, such as "poo". Therefore, I would say, this product absolutely does so its job, aswell as saves us from having to buy a pack of dispossables every week.

These are very cute. We used them for the first time over the weekend, and they worked just fine. They have a cute little bow which will never stay tied because my son loves to untie it.

This is a great swim diaper! The fit is great and the elastic around the legs is not too tight and not too loose. The velcro makes it super adjustable in the waist and it also has the elastic in the back. It's so cute too. I love the adorable fish print! My little one didn't have a bm in this diaper but I am sure it would hold it in, as the elastic makes it nice and snug around the thighs and waist. A few of the other reviewers mentioned absorbency and I just have to say that cloth swim diapers are not meant to be absorbent, their function is to hold the poo in, which I am sure this product would do quite well!

Bright colours, reusable... what more could you want? It isn't absorbant - no swim diaper is - because pee is sterile. Swim diapers will hold in a BM although you should change it as soon as possible. I recommend at least 2 swim diapers, just in case. The only thing I don't love is the velcro closure, but tying the strings helps keep the corners from catching on parents' suits.

I loved this diaper It works perfectly with my son and I've had no problem with it at all. It is a lot cheaper than buying the disposable diapers and it's adorable.

I purchased this swim diaper because the description lead me to beleive it would hold "stuff" in. It did not hold the pee in. At all. It fit well enough around the legs so that it would probably hold in a BM if you were OUT of the water. A BM while in the water would definetly go everywhere. So it really didn't do anything.

I expected this swim diaper to be more absorbent as I wanted to replace it's use with having to purchase disposable swim diapers. It is not absorbent at all. Looks adorable on.
