This is really great! Sturdy, safe, easy to clean, hard for my rambunctious kids to move and impossible for them to tip over. This is a the kind of thing your child uses until they have their own child and pass it on down. I'm really glad these comments weren't here when I bought it! I had no problems.

Beautiful dresser. We looked everywhere for a dresser with the cupboard on the right, and they were tough to find. This one is solid, extremely heavy, and works perfectly. There were a few cracks in the paint, but otherwise it's perfect.

Long story short...NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with this item, the crib, and the dresser that we ordered.

The first unit was cracked at every seam. The second unit arrived 2 days before I was due - cracked on the top. They offered me a discount, told me that it would be covered under the warranty plan, and since my baby was about to arrive I didn't want to wait another 2 weeks to find out if the next unit would be in worse shape.

My baby is now 4 months old. They came out and tried to repair the crack. They cannot fix the crib (the spring board for the mattress will not level) and we just decided to modify the broken drawer on the dresser ourselves.

Babies R Us customer service was a joke, but I'm not even going to get into that! At least 5 trips to the store for these items, and months later I still don't have usable furniture for my son. If I hadn't gotten these items on Black Friday for a very low price I would've returned them a long time ago. Low price and the fact that it's furniture and not easy to just pick up and return have kept me from doing so.

I have the combo unit in classic cherry, and its a beautiful piece for a baby/child room. Its, dark but not black looking like the espresso. Its a solid heavy dresser and perfect with the cute detailing!

The piece looks great from across the room, but when you get closer you see the cracks in the paint and chipped paint. It's too bad too, because this is a great looking collection.

Looks beautiful with the matching crib. A great value. It's like getting two pieces of furniture for the price of one. Perfect for a small nursery. Very well made. Nice and sturdy.

Do not buy this piece!! Although the piece is beautiful, we have ordered it twice, and it has been in terrible condition twice due to the poor craftsmanship. The first time, the unit was cracked along all the seams: the seams on the drawers, the seam along the top, and all the seams down the sides. This time, all of the paint is chipping off. I would have clicked zero stars, but that wasn't an option!

I am very unhappy with this purchase. Bought it few months before my baby was born and at that time was not thrilled how drawers are sliding in and out with noise and requiring the effort but decided to leave as it was pretty bulky/heavy piece to return. I moved my baby into her room about a month ago and started noticing this horrible smell inside the drawers that leaked into closed room and her clothing. The smell was like glue or some chemical. I washed and aired the drawers few times but within small room during hot summer when we cannot open windows it is still pretty bad. The manufacturer help line suggested to wash and air and deal with Babies R US so I will try to return although over 90 days. In other case will probably get rid of it.

I wanted a piece of furniture that would follow the baby through more than just infancy. This dresser is beautiful and definitely solid. Well made. I also have a crib by Baby Italia and would recommend the brand to everyone.
