Compared to other flushable diaper liner (sheets), the Bumkins liners are nice and soft, not at all scratchy. I am currently breastfeeding and using the BumGenius 4.0 cloth diapers on my little one. I use the diaper liner to catch the cottage cheese-like poo, so I don't have to pre-rinse or hose the diaper off before throwing it in the wash. The mustard colored stain comes out in the wash, I just don't want the poop bits to be swirling around in the washer so the liner helps keep the solids off the diaper.I also like the fact that the Bumkins sheets are rather large. I have to fold a single sheet over to use in my cloth diaper. It's nice to have the diaper liner too large b/c I've bought reusable diaper liners that are not wide enough which totally defeats the purpose, in my opinion. The Bumkins liners are not absorbent which is perfectly fine with me. Just know what you are getting and you don't be disappointed.

I had no problem with the quality of this product. I bought them when I decided to cloth diaper my second child (12 months old) to reduce cleanup. After trying them out, I generally leave them out of the diaper. I have a diaper sprayer and feel that that works great to clean off the diaper. These tend to bunch up in the diaper so they're not really that helpful. I do occasionally stick them in if my baby has diaper rash to keep the diaper rash cream off the diapers but I won't buy them again....cloth diapers are supposed to prevent having to make disposable purchases for me and these don't save me enough work to be worth the purchase.

Comments about Bumkins Biodegradable Diaper Liners - 100 Pack:
I use this with my three month old in his reusable ai2 diapers. I'm a new mom so I'm still figuring it all out. This product is soft and easy to use, I like it better than other inserts I've tried. It could be somewhat thicker to prevent leakage onto the diaper, also wider to cover the width of the diaper. I folded them in half to make a thicker liner on my own, which helped somewhat but not as much as I had hoped.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Good amount for the price

These are basic and well priced. I like the fact that they are flushable. I use them to line my son's cloth diapers to decrease clean up time. I just flick it all in the toilet and wash the diaper...
I think these are great liners
By Logans Mom
I use this product with Oso Cozy Flat unbleached diapers with wool covers. Since my daughter only poops once a day, I use them until she goes, and then leave the diapers without the liners for the rest of the day. I find no problem with bunching, and if I really wanted to, I could resue each liner until it gets soiled, they haven't torn on me or anything. I don't resue them however, because my daughter is a peeing machine and I would hate to resuse her urine soaked liners until they're soiled.

Love that I can lift out waste. Sometimes the liner gets bunched up, but still makes the diaper easier to clean.

These are so great and function just as they should. I starting using them when the baby started solids and they retain the mess perfectly. They're not meant to absorb urine, so that just passes through. The solids are held in great and I just toss the entire mess away. It's very soft and thin so it doesn't bother baby in the slightest.

great soft liners

These are the softest liners I've found. I cut them in half since they are fairly large sheets.

Pretty good liners!
from Fort Wayne, IN
These work to catch the mess in cloth diapers! They catch most of the mess my 13-month-old makes, and they flush easily. However, if she doesn't poop, they sorta rip apart so they can't be reused. I have used another type of liners that could be washed, line-dried and reused. These definitely won't last as long as those did, since I have to throw away or flush every one, no matter if they actually caught poop or not. I feel like these may be better for the earth than the others, but I'm on the fence about buying them again.

We use these everyday with our cloth diapers. It makes cleanup so much easier, no dunking or spraying, just lift it out of the diaper and flush. Love this brand. We tried another brand and it was so stiff (some people liked it cuz they could wash and reuse them) but it wasn't for us. This is the best!

Best diaper liners
By ib mom
Dont use the gDiaper brand cloth diaper inserts!!! I originally purchased the bumpkins liners and loved them. They were so soft, large enough to cover the whole diaper and worked like a charm. When we ran out, I discovered that I couldn't buy bumpkin liners in the store so I bought the gDiaper liners (we use gDiaper cloth diapers). The gDiaper liners felt like a dryer sheet. They were super rough and gave my daughter a horrendous diaper rash within 2 days. Needless to say I returned those and ordered a stock pile of bumpkin liners online so we won't run out for a while.Bumpkin liners are the best and make cloth diapering so easy!
