Gerber onesies definitely run small. We could use the 0-3 onesie for about the first month, but even then, our baby fit better into these 3-6 onesies. They do look more appropriately-sized when you first get them, but once they've been washed, they shrink and they're quite small.
Quality-wise, they're good. Great for layering, or wearing alone. Kind of a baby wardrobe basic; you just need to always go one size up.

Comments about Gerber Childrenswear Gerber 5 Pack Onesie - White (3-6 Months):

Not bad, per se. The price is pretty good and it's great that they've introduced the envelope-style neck, which is so much easier to get over an infant's head with minimal discomfort. However, they run about a size too small (especially length-wise) and they shrink like crazy in the wash. I recommend purchasing at least one size up from what your child needs right now, as you can expect them to lose at least that in the first washing.
