The product had to be shipped to me 3 times before all of the pieces were included to put it together. The wood was warped in some areas, but after speaking directly with PlanToys, Inc. I found out that they have not done business with Toys R Us for a long time, so the table had probably been sitting in a warehouse for several years which would contribute to the condition of the three different shipments I had to request. The Toys R Us representatives were unable to help and just kept resending me the item hoping all the pieces would be included. I will never purchase another item from Toys R Us.

Mom put it together. Super easy assembly and I even got some protective wood spray from the hardware store to protect the wood veneer. I saw one at a store that had gotten dingy in areas so I decided to add a little extra protection to the unfinished veneer. It is a low table so it's perfect on carpet so my little ones can sit around it and be comfortable. Well made, found no splinters or rough areas. [...]Great product in the end.
