These diapers offer the best protection for long nights. I rarely wake up to a cold, wet toddler! FAR better than other brands, and even other types of Pampers diapers. Pricey, but worth it to have dry sheets and a dry baby.

We've used Pampers diapers for 16 months, and have only had a few quality issues. Our daughter slept through the night with Cruisers, however since she started to sleep more on her stomach the Cruisers would leak, due to not enough padding around the waistline, so we first tried the Baby Dry's, which were terrible. The Baby Dry's run smaller than the Cruisers, and don't hold much pee. The Extra Protection's aren't much better than the Baby Dry. These diapers have wood pulp or such in them, which bunches itself around the waist line, they too don't hold much pee, and keep the pee very cold, and our daughter would wake up early in the morning and wouldn't go back to sleep until we changed her diaper.

So far, we've found Huggies Overnite diapers to be the best overnite diaper. With the Huggies Overnites, you'll need to go up a size, if not two sizes from your daily diaper size. For example, we use Pampers Cruisers, Size 5 during the day and Huggies Overnites Size 6. Huggies Overnite diapers hold more pee, and our daughter doesn't wake up for diaper changes.

I have used every product for my son for night time diapers and this is the first and only real solution to the problem. He now stays dry all night long and I don't have to worry about leaks.

We use Pampers Extra protection overnight and at nap time. They are the best! My son is a very heavy wetter and we have tried every diaper under the son to keep him dry. Prior to using these, my son would wake up from a three hour nap absolutely soaked! You can imagine what it was like when he woke up in the mornings! Pampers Extra Protection has been great. No other diaper can compare to the superior protection and softness of this diaper. Believe me, I've tried them all. They fit perfectly also. Do yourself a favor and save yourself and your baby a lot of grief by buying these diapers by the truckload! They are not carried in a lot of stores. [...]

I am potty training my toddler and we use these only at bedtime and he is doing amazing with these and almost doesn't even need these anymore... These over night diapers are AMAZING... They do not leak and are so comfy to him. :) very durable... Pampers are so great.

I was using the Pampers Baby Dry for nighttime, but she sleeps up to 10-12 hours and they just did not hold, especially if #2 was involved...eewwww! I tried the Extra Protection and they're great. They hold up to a 12 hour night regardless of output :) So glad I tried these!!!

We use these every night for our almost two year old and have been for over a year. He is a REALLY heavy wetter and his diaper is usually busting at the seams in the morning, but we rarely have a problem unless he had more than usual to drink before bed.

I love these diapers and have used them on my daughter at night for over 6 months now with not a single problem with them leaking! I have tried the Huggies Overnites as well, when they had a great sale on them, but like many others found them to be not nearly as soft as the Pampers. My daughter is also pretty skinny for her age, and I agree with another reviewer who said these may just work better on slimmer babies! I just noticed the poor reviews and had to comment, though I've never done it before, because these fit my daughter well and have worked for me!
