    I would absolutely recommend this cute, quality, fun and educational product to anyone w/ a child eager to learn how to read, spell, speak, tell time, learn music, sounds... oh and even phonics and quizes, it even claps for u. my three year old learned sounds from animals she had never heard or seen before and she learned her phonics! i was told by my local preschool there would be an additional charge per week to teach her phonics. she won't be needing that anymore, she's got it mastered and her teacher was very impressed with how she was the only tot who knew her phonics. until i told her is was because she learned it from her v-tech apple and ofcourse mom and dad.

    A friend recommended this to me and said it was fun. But this is very boring. Even though it had different things and buttons it is not fun. My daughter (22 months) played with it in the store but didn't when we got home. I only reccomend this is the child is 4 and up for lots of entertainment.

      This is a great educational toy. I bought it for my 1 year old, just because he likes to bang on buttons and the whole board lights up. The music isn't annoying, which is nice. My three year old likes it alot. Of course, it is made for his age, which is why he finds it more engaging. He especially likes the clock feature - so do I! I think its a great buy for the price.

        My 3 1/2 year old daughter is autistic and she loves this toy. She has learned some new animals, recognizes letter sounds, and she's learned new songs. She plays with her apple more than most of her other toys of this nature. This was a gift from her Grandma and she loves it!!

          I rarely give 5 stars but I can't believe how much my 2 year old loves this toy! He loves buttons and things that make noise so we had our eye on this for a while but didn't buy it due to the 3 and up age rating. However he liked playing with it at the store so we got it for his 2nd birthday. We figured it was too advanced for him and he would just press the buttons but he actually plays the games!! We were so excited when it was showing him how to spell things like iguana and he was following along and getting it right 80% of the time. He also loves playing with the clock which makes a tick tock noise and he likes the music mode where each button is a different song. He especially likes hearing the clapping noise when he spells a word right or answers a question about an animal. He has a speech delay and I have really noticed a lot of improvement since he got this toy. Not only is it teaching him but he loves playing with it and it is used for several long periods throughout the day even months after his birthday. I guess each child is different but this toy is a huge hit for us and I recommend it to everyone!

                  I bought a product similar to this one with a different design, but with same functions/features. When my son learned to talk, it was easy for him to say his alphabets. Vtech helped him a lot. I would definitely recommend this!

                  My 2 1/2 year old daughter received this as a Christmas gift. She loves this toy! She will sit and play with it for nearly an hour on a regular basis. There are several settings to put it on so there are countless games for them to play, therefore they don't get bored with the toy too soon. Definitely worth the money.

                    My 3 year old daughter wanted this for Christmas after seeing it in the store and playing with it for a few minutes in the aisle. This is a great toy! She has shown a lot of improvement in letter recognition and time-telling. Nice, big buttons for little hands, too. This is a good toy for the car as it keeps her attention for a good period of time. So glad I bought this for her!
