            Does Not Float Well!!! This item is better used to PRETEND to be in the water. First bath, thought I had made a mistake that this was for the water, but it is. However, it takes on water and 1/2 the boat is submerged.. after a couple months, the propulsion mechanism is shot...

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

              It's an okay bath toy. It floats (so far so good) but the propulsion mechanism doesn't actually make the thing move (you turn a knob disguised as the radar aerial which makes an internal paddlewheel turn). So as long as your kiddo doesn't expect to see it zipping around the bathtub, you're fine.

              Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
