i registered for these. i can't remember why now. they wash horribly. the color fades and isnt soft at all. I only wish I would have registered for Aden+Anais blankets. More expensive but WELLL worth it!!

These are ok, but don't really work for swaddling, which is what I got them for. My LO is only about 6.5lbs and 19", so they really won't work unless you've got a really small baby. They are cute though, and pretty soft after a washing...

Receiving blankets have so many uses. You can swaddle the baby, use them for burping, they are very handy to have in a diaper bag! Plus they are very soft against the baby's skin. They also wash very well. I would highly recommend any new mom to purchase these.

These are great! They wash really well, the pattern is cute, and the colors haven't faded even after many washes. These blankets work well for swaddling, as a light blanket for the summer, and as burp cloths. (they're very absorbent) The only bad thing is the edges are starting to fray a little after many washes.

These blankets were just not big enough to be useful. I liked the weight, especially for a summer baby, but by the time he was 8 lbs, he had outgrown the blankets. I think I'll cut them into burp cloths.
