The Winchester Wood complete ready-to-assemble Swing Set kit features the award-winning rapid loc bracket system, designed for families that want everything in the box. This kit comes complete with loads of activities including three large decks totaling 32 sq. Ft., a playhouse, cabin window with shutters, a wood roof, an 8 wave slide, 2 swing seats, a 2-for-fun glider, climbing wall with 8 climbing rocks, steering wheel, picnic table with awning, rung step ladder, safety handles and anchor-it kit.

All the lumber required to build your play set quickly is included; the pre-cut premium stained lumber, to eliminate pre-drilling, each kit includes self-drilling fasteners, and a torx-head bit to assist you in building the play set of your child's dreams in 'just one day'! The set dimensions measures 9' w x 13' l x 10' h estimated minimum use zone: 28' x 31'. The build time is estimated at 4-7 hours.

49 missing items, split beam, etc

Pros:
Easy Assembly, Fun, Sturdy, Weather Resistant
Cons:
Bracket drilled wrong, Gash in plastic coated 4x, Split swing beam

Let's start with the good stuff:*pretty sturdy*fairly easy to put together*looks nice*company is helpful and easy to deal withNow the bad stuff...we were missing quite a few things:*both bits that you need to even start putting it together were gone. so we had to go buy a bit kit that had what we needed.*4 t-nuts gone*2 wood loc washers gone*window frame gone*awning support gone*2 roof support plates gone*4 swing hangers with hardware gone* 4 safety handles gone* 2 table supports gone* 2 L brackets gone* 2 bench supports gone* 4 anchor it straps gone* 3 metal rungs gone* hardware for 2-for-fun swing gone (hex bolt, loc washer, loc nut)* 3 boards for climbing wall gone* 5 pan head screws gone* 5 tarp washers gone* 1 1/4" lag screws not enough* 1 bracket was drilled wrong so we had to re drill it using the drill bit set we had to purchase :)* swing beam split from end to end and halfway through* gash in one of the coated 4x4If it had not been for all the missing pieces and having to run to the hardware store everytime we turned around then it would have been easy assembly. You do need at least 2 people to unload off truck and to put together. [...] Also maybe everyone else read this correctly but I did not....NOTHING is pre-drilled! You WILL NEED a 3/8" drill bit in some places. Most everything else uses screws.
