this is definitely not the worse game ever like the other guy said and i only played the demo.

i'm not too into sports games but i had fun with this one. it has that NBA JAM/SHOWTIME feel to it which is a good thing. very animated and adds to the excitement

kind of difficult to react to all the different catches and plays at first but you quickly get used to it.

the points system is a great feature. do well (double plays, great/legendary catches, strikeouts, etc) and you build points to unleash super pitching or batting skills!

also, many characters have special attributes depending on either roster position, scores in the game, innings, etc. these really add an edge and can easily turn the game around to keep things exciting.

graphics aren't the best but they are not bad at all. nice bright game just looks appealing.

controls are VERY simple. basics:
**left analog - aim pitch or where you want to hit
**square, triangle, X, O - each a different pitch or swing.

And that's all you really need. the only difficult part AT FIRST was the button sequences er conditions when trying to perform legendary catches. but easily learned

i've played the demo tons of times. and now that it's price has dropped, i'm really considering buying the game. this would be my first sports game (other than racing) in a looooonnnnnggggg time!
