our granddaughter loves it...she gets to paint...draw with the dry erase markers..draw & do math problems & letters on the chalk board side...easy to clean..alot of storage...durable...& fun for one child or more to play...easy to store away..& set back up...she also started her own art show ...her gallery happens to be everyones walls in the home...great for her..she just turned 5yrs.old...keeps her occupied...which her mother loves about this product..too

bought this for my 3 year old for christmas... right out of the box one of the plastic trays was broken-does not affect function, but really?
then the dry erase board was out of the frame so my husband had to fix that... one of the baskets will not stay together-the wooden dowel (s/p) is cracked and will not hold its screw so he has to glue a new and longer screw in. honestly, if it hadn't been christmas eve we would have returned it, but who wants to disapoint their child??? we were very dissatisfied!

This is great, my twin 4 year old twin boys are having such a great time with it! It is perfect and I love the bins to keep all of their fun art supplies in! It really gives them a chance to play with everything!

We love Toys R US, but received an Easel for a Christmas present aroung Dec 4th( had to order for the 1st time because item not in stores). Did not open package until Christmas morning and it was broken in 3 different places. Needless to say, my son was disappointed and so was mom. Now we have to send it back and wait more days to get a new one. HOPEFULLY, it will not be broken! PLEASE MAKE US PROUD TOYS R US AND resend a product that stands behind your name. (i hope this was a UPS rough shipping matter and not a Toys R Us rough packaging matter. Thanks

We had gotten this for our son for a Santa present. When my husband went to set it up, pieces were broken to the point of not being able to even fix ourselves. This was a poor quality item and I am so very disatisfied. This ruined my son's Santa present. Luckily he is only 3 and doesn't quite understand the whole Santa concept yet. What a big piece. So mad

We got this when we were at a loss about what to get our 2 year old for his birthday, he is the little brother and already has everything under the sun from his older brother. From the moment he got it, it was an every day use toy for both he and his 5 year old brother. It has so many great features!
The chalk board worked great from the beginning. So many chalk boards are to slick and take a while to break in, not this one. The dry erase works great with the dry erase markers or crayons. Using the roll of paper is the boys favorite thing to draw on.
One thing that we did do to keep the roll of paper from rolling out to much was to put clothes pins at the top. Works like a charm. Instead of ripping off the paper, we rolled it back up under the easel and when it was all done, I reversed the paper and they are using the other side. We also use the paper to wrap up gifts for family and friends. They get a kick out wrapping the gift in something they made and the recipient likes the uniqueness and personal paper.
The storage is a dream come true. We had art supplies all over and now the boys know just where to go to find what they want. So convenient and simple, we couldn't ask for more. The storage is ample enought that we are able to put in all chalk, indoors and out, all of our coloring books, crayons, markers, paints, paper, colored pencils and more.
For the price and usability its worked best for us. We are a family of four in a very small house and most things we own are dual purpose to save on space. I was hesitant about the size but it fits and saves space with its storage.

This was a gift my mother purchased for my 5 year old after giving her a few links from TRU. It is perfect. It stays in my kitchen and the kids (5 and 3) do drive by art. I often cut paper and tape it to the other side so they can both paint at the same time. The storage is so convenient holding supplies and drop cloth for paint-time. It's very sturdy, easy to clean, and so much fun for the kids.
