Everyone takes turns to roll the die to see how many chomps the pig will take. Push down the pig's head to chomp the burger. With every pump, the pig's stomach will get bigger, bigger, and bigger. But don't feed him too much because if he pops, you lose!

This game has a really cute concept, however the pig was not manufactured very well for a child's use. I played this with my four year old grandbaby and two other adults. The pigs head is so hard to push down that no way could my little 30lb grandchild do it herself. Also to reset it you have to twist his tail, redo his belt, drop his arms back down, empty out the burgers. What child really wants to go through all that just to play the game again? I took it back to the store, and bought her play dough.

Fun for the family

My 4 yr old son wanted Pop the Pig for quite awhile. It seemed like a weird game, but we finally bought it anyway. I'm so glad we did! The rules of the game are simple, roll the dice, pick up the color burger you rolled, feed it to the pig and press his head the number of times the burger said. Who ever makes the pig pop wins! We love to play this game as a family. Sometimes we play kids against mom and dad. I have nothing bad to say about this game. It's fun for the whole family and easy for younger kids as well:)
love love love it
Me and my child enjoyed playing it together
My son loves this game . It keeps him entertained for hours.
A little dangerous
from Layton, UT
My 7-year-old asked for this for Christmas. After taking a LONG time to figure out how to open it (the hat wasn't pressing down), she pinched her finger once and her older sister pinched hers worse. No injuries after the first two days, but I'm not impressed with this game.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great game for my 4 year old!

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter to play, and she loves it. It is an easy concept for her to understand, she gets so excited for the pig to pop. The hat is a little difficult for her to push far enough to be effective, but she doesn't seem to mind. I wish the belly was a little bigger and had more food to stuff in it.
