        I charged the battery pack, and we played for an hour and it blanked out. Charged for recommended hours and it didn't work...AT ALL

          This battery pack does not work properly and it can RUIN the balance board! Check [@] reviews - several boards damaged!! You will get a message to "get off the board" while it sincs...even if you aren't standing on it!Also, mine never held a charge and, after 20 hrs, is still charging!!
