I have used this from the very beginning. When my daughter was itty bitty I put it in the sink to bath her....she is now 9 months old and she lays on it in the adult bathtub. Bathtime has always been easy with this product -- I love how the water absorbs through the fabric to keep her warm while I wash her. It is so relaxing to her that one time she fell asleep as I was singing to her and bathing her! It's like a mini baby spa!

Used this with both kids. Makes it easy to roll baby from side to side to wash and makes the tub comfortable to sit in once able to.
Can get musty if not allowed to hang to dry in the open. Washing in washer and drier helps freshen it up. Easier to use than a baby tub and takes up less space.

We were giving our baby bath in one of the plastic baby tubs and he hated to be washed! I thought it was the water that bothered him at first. But then I thought about giving it one more shot with something different and I found this pad... HE LOVES IT. We still give him bath in our big kitchen sink (he is only 4mths old) and he splashes around and is very comfy. I intend to move him into the big tub with the pad when the time comes!

I've been searching for a better bath for my son who is 5 months. He's in between the newborn stage and pre-toddler stage and can't sit on his own yet. I registered for the spa tub and he has outgrown that one so I tried moving him to the big tub using this mat. I was not impressed after reading the great reviews. He was so scared in the big tub and wouldn't even put his legs down in the water because this sits so high up. It looked uncomfortable for him and didn't elevate him like I thought it would. Plus this mat gets so heavy when wet I couldn't hang to dry it until the next day so it just laid in the bathtub until then. I'm going to try a different tub out this weekend. I'm just hoping I can return it.

This was the best gift my mother-in-law ever gave me. I received three different tubs that go in the tub to bath the baby and they were all hard and a huge waste of money. This laid nicely in the sink and in the big tub. It's soft like a pillow and shaped like a boogie-board, it cradles their little bodies. I bought this for every pregnant friend since. A inexpensive can't live without perfect gift for new mom's. When your done, rinse it off and hang right in the bath tub. Simple and Easy!!

First off, it is different than the photo. it is a rectangle with a rectangle-shape indentation in the middle. Fabric is as pictured though.
When I first brought my baby home, this was perfect for sponge baths on the kitchen table.
Now I use this to give my daughter baths in the sink. It stays warm and cozy. It's especially nice when I turn her over to do her back- it is cushiony on her face, and makes it easy. Also I don't have to hold her up the whole bath, she can just relax on the pad. Seems much safer than a normal bathtub. I am not sure if I will use it when she graduates to the big tub, but for now it works great in the sink.
When bath is over I squeeze out the water as best I can and hang it from the shower head and it dries in a few hours.

I bought this for our first child almost 4 years ago and loved it! Used it when he couldn't sit up and then kept using it after he could sit up by himself. The safer bather kept his booty from slipping around in the tub. I am buying another one for our new baby. Highly recommended!
