We have had this product for a few years, but have found Alex's customer service to be terrible. [...] Now, after 2 years, with moderate use, the bungie cord that holds the trampoline portion in place tore. I have called them and written to them with no answer. I want to replace this; I have twin boys who will now use it, but I will not order a new one from Alex.

this is a really cute trampoline and when my 2 year old son got it he fell in love with it right away. he was jumping on it every day throughout the entire day which was great. after we had this trampoline for two months though the worst happened...THE BUNGEE CORD BROKE!!!! The cord broke clean in half and was frayed all through the rest of the cord. Now my son only weighs 27 pounds so he more than meets the weight requirements and he was the only one ever on it so this should not have happened. We ended up having to order new bungee cord online from a bungee cord company not related to this product or its makers which costed us an additional $50 dollars to purchase. So its a nice trampoline but definately lacking in durability as far as the cord goes. May need to consider having extra cord on hand before the included cord breaks as it took a week to receive ours and we had one unhappy little boy for that week!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This is a great trampoline. It was easy to assemble and it seems very sturdy so far. My two boys are two and three years old and they both love it. This trampoline is a little bigger than we expected it to be but still great for indoors and fits nicely in the living room though it is too large for the bedroom. I would highly recommend this for a first trampoline for little ones and it is great for kids with sensory issues. This product is definately worth the money.

This is a good indoor trampoline for young children. We wanted to get the kids to stop jumping on the bed, and this was a great alternative. Assembly was a bit tricky, but doable. The only complaint is that it tends to lift a bit off the ground when they jump hard on it, but it doesn't appear to be unsafe.
