This was the worst purchase. The signs blow over with the slightest wind. I'm not sure why Toys R Us ever changed from the other more durable ones they sold.

I bought this since my kids play ball in the street. All my neighbors have the step2 safety guy that stands sideways and they work great. Toys r us only had these flats guys so I bought from toys r us and these flat guys are worthless. They simply blow over with the slightest breeze. A big waste of money. We bought 3 and they are garbage. Don't waste your money.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I bought one of these, and I am happy with it and I will be getting a 2nd one. It is sturdy and does not fall with breeze or little wind (It moves with a lot of wind). I've seen the smaller signs that open as a inverted V and they fall down with even the minimum breeze. The price is good compared to the other similar boy sign.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I was looking for the Step2 kid alert sign and couldn't find it at Toys R Us. I saw this sign and thought it was by the same company. I even asked a worker if this was the next version of the sign I had seen with the little man standing sideways with a flag and was told yes, it was. I just now found out this is NOT a Step2 product but is a Toys R Us brand product. This stand is useless to me because it simply blows over in the slightest breeze. This sign now lays on the side of my yard and will be thrown away. I saw someone using the Step2 sign on the block next to ours and realized that it is actually hollow inside and there is a place to put sand in the feet to keep it from blowing over. I would not recommend this TRU brand sign to anyone. The only way it would work is if you have no wind/breeze where you live.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
