The product was packaged well, but the right arm was cracked when I recieved the chair, then as if that wasn't enough one of the snaps for the arm cover was missing. Spend the extra money and get a higher quality product.

Im sure you could find better...but at a much higher price. I got this about a week ago now and so far I love it. It was super easy to put together, took my husband and me about 10 maybe 15 minuets to put together. I love how comfortable it is and its sooo much nicer than having to stand and walk around the room at night to get my little guy to sleep. Its made feedings at night a lot easier to. Its light weight and super easy to move and clean around compaired to some of the ones family members have had in the past that were a struggle to move (I have carpet so im not sure how it would be on hard woods or area rugs but I can pick it up and Im not very strong). Now the only downsides are when my husband sits in it creaks quite a bit, he is a slightly big guy but not overly big so I dont think it should creak. The fabric is also a bit hard to clean but like other reviews have said the chair fits the price.

We loved the chair for about the first month, then it started falling apart. We called the company and insisted they send us a new chair, but they sent us parts to fix the broken arms instead. My husband fixed the arms with the new parts, but less than a month later, the arms broke again. I am so mad that I registered for this chair. You get what you pay for.

It's was a gift so I didn't open up the box, but it was very cute in the store. I bought it since it was on my daughters registry. She loves it.

We had this chair on our registry and it was purchased by our friends as a shower gift. At first we loved it even though the cushion was very thin. We just added another pillow to it and assumed it only bothered me because I was mostly in a sitting position for a week and a half due to a c-section. Less than a month after putting it together the arm rest started to fall off and it was making a bad squeaking noise. We tried to return it to Babies R Us but they wanted the original receipt. The gift purchaser lived 1500 miles away so that wasn't possible. We reminded them she bought it off our Babies R Us registry so there should be record of purchase! Nope, they wouldn't budge. So we called their corporate number and they allowed us to exchange it. Since we did this in store my husband bought the protection plan for it. Here we are a year later using the protection plan to get a new one because the arm rests are falling off again.

This is a very poorly made product. I put it on our registry because I wanted a glider but I didn't want our friends and family to have to spend a fortune, but truthfully this chair was a waste of our money. Buy a better brand!

This glider was great for about the first month. After that it became very bumpy and creaky. When our son was about 3-4 months old, it began to literally fall apart, with the armrests separating from the ends. At this point we called the manufacturer. See my comments under Service Comments below for the horrible customer service we received. So, my husband drilled a couple of screws in the ends of the armrests, which keep it together, but are not attractive at all. Now it has developed the most hideous squealing noise, we can't even rock in anymore if we're trying to put the baby to sleep. I finally give up, I'm throwing this hung of junk where it belongs, in the garbage!

My husband got this glider for me. I use it all the time for breast feeding & rocking my little one to sleep.

Assembly was easy, except for the fact that the item was defective. Several of the holes were not pre-drilled to get the screws in so we were unable to attach one of the arm rests. Plus the seat cushion is very thin and uncomfortable.
