I love this it zips from the top down so you can change babies diapers while sleeping and it also contains their arms so they don't startle themselves awake. My daughter sleeps 12 hours at night with this.

Love the Halo swaddle! This is a great product. When our baby was born they used the Halo swaddle in the hospital and also gave us one to take home. At first we didn't use the swaddle and after a few restless nights we tried the swaddle and after about 1 month our was baby was sleeping 6 hours a night and now at 4 months she sleeps about 9 hours a night. Thank you Halo!! We use the cotton and the fleece swaddles. We have purchased many other brands of swaddles and never used them. Not sure how some of them even work.

I love this product. My daughter is almost 3 months & we're still using this blanket. She loves it, it soothes her to sleep & is safer then using a blanket that could become loose. She stays warm in it, which is nice in our older house. Only wish there was more options for colors for bigger sizes.

We had our son just over a week ago and while we were in the hospital, we had one to use and loved it. Then we found out that instead of a cheesecake from the hospital's bakery we were getting one of these for free! Pretty good trade... He sleeps better in it, it's warm and cozy, and washes well. The nurses told us that when we wash it, to make sure that the velcro is stuck like if he were wearing it and not to put it in the dryer. We also really like that he can have his arms in or out of the swaddler. The only drawback is that it was hard to nurse him while swaddled because of all of the layers, but I like to snuggle him close anyway. :)

Small size is not made like Newborn size!!! My baby and I both loved the Halo Swaddle since the day she came home from the hospital but when she grew out of the Newborn size we moved up to the Small. It is constructed entirely different from the Newborn. They use GIANT, obnoxious velcro on these. My baby no longer sleeps like she did before. We were getting 5-6 hours of consistent sleep in the Newborn size. The wings on the Small are velcroed on the back with stiff, cardboard like strips instead of being stitched on like the Newborn size. I hate this design and am so disappointed.

While we have received a HALO SleepSack for review we've also bought several of our own in cotton and fleece. They are hands down the safest way to ensure baby is warm enough at bed without putting them at risk with blankets. I find them easy to put on and take off of baby and having the zipper open from the bottom makes diaper changes in the night quick and easy. We used these for my daughter and now I'm getting more for our new baby boy who will be joining us in a few months. I highly recommend HALO SleepSacks! They are a little awkward to fold though which means they take up quite a bit of drawer space.

This item is great. My baby has hip problems and the Halo Sacks are hip friendly so they allow the baby to have his/her legs in a more natural position and fit over the pavlik harness that some babies need to address hip dysplasia. I suspect those who are having trouble keeping their babies arms from popping out of the swaddle are not swaddling tight enough. I have not had any problems with the velcro or with the material coming up over baby's face like some users have mentioned.

The product was great at first, but when my daughter slept in the sleep sack it would rise almost over her head and the velcro rubbed up against her cheeks and scratched her. We retried the swaddle again for a 2nd night and the velcro again rubbed up against her and scratched her other side. I am not a happy Moommy with this product at all.
