The game has 3 pitches-fastball, change up and sinker and the game can be set to randomly throw pitches to try and recognize and hit the ball. Plus the EA SPORTS Voice Command Pitching Machine has 3 fielding plays so you can practice your fielding for high pop up, line drive and ground ball. The game includes a bat with 6 baseballs.

Some reviews stated they couldn't get it to work. When I first put batteries in, it took a little while for the transmitter and the receiver to work; but eventually everything came together fine. My kids and the neighbor's kids have pitched many balls with this.

Bought for nephew's birthday. Took it out, put batteries in and... nothing happened except for a LOUD nonstop clicking noise. Brought it back to Toys R Us and exchanged it. The 2nd time around it worked! But only for 6 balls. What a horrible toy. EA Sports should be ashamed for lending their name to this junk. I bought some Matchbox cars for my nephew's birthday instead. At least I know they work.

MY 4.5YR OLD SON HAS BEEN ASKING FOR A PITCHING MACHINE. SINCE HE IS YOUNG BUT GREAT AT BASEBALL, I FIGURED I WOULD BUY HIM THIS TO START OFF. HE OUT GREW THE T-BALL. WE BROUGHT IT HOME AND SET IT UP. TOO MANY BATTERIES REQUIRED. THE HAND WRISTLET IS WORTHLESS AND THE UNIT ALWASY JAMS. MY SON AND I WERE VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I AM RETURNING THIS ASAP!!!!

      My son received this as a Birthday gift. It worked for about 5 minutes, even then you had to scream into the wrist band for it to pitch a ball. Then quit working all together, replaced batteries thinking that may be the problem. Not so, some lights come on other wise NOTHING. PLEASE do not wast your money on this toy.

              Like all the other reviewers, I exchanged the toy tried different batteries and different places outside. The only thing that ever worked were the lights. My son was very disappointed. Don't waste energy or money on this toy. It is terrible!

                  My son bought this with his own birthday money. It is made of cheap plastic. The wrist remote doesn't work well. After working on it about 30 minutes we were able to get about half dozen balls pitched. Complete and total waste of money.
