Good thing it was a baby shower gift. I'm not too happy with the swing because it is loud during the time it is on. The only positive thing it reclines for infants and my son does sleep in it for hours.

My husband and I got this swing for our baby shower, (we did register for it). We put it together and the swinging motion did not work at all. Everything else seemed fine with the motor, (music played, volume control was fine...). We tried everything to get it to work and it just wouldnt swing! We are REALLY upset and we are returning it right away for a different swing. Also, the tray seems really low, like it would cut off the babies circulation on its legs. The only thing we liked was the colors, the fact that it can be plugged in and that the chair can be ajusted to different positions...thats it!

The tray is a pain to have in the way with a new born, as were the straps. Like someone else said, we had to cover them with a blanket. The mobile never spinned no matter how fast the swing was moving. Then, 2 weeks after my son was born it just stopped working. Don't waste your money on this one!!!

I was so excited to get this swing and was totally disappointed. First, there wasn't an option to take-off the tray, which wasn't needed for a newborn. We had a tiny newborn who's little legs wouldn't fit around the tray comfortably; couldn't believe it was bound to the set! We had to just let the tray swing standing up, as it would eventually hit the swing bars, creating an unnecessary tapping noise. Secondly, the sound went out after a month in a half; started "gurgling" and then just quit. This swing had absolutely no abuse at all. Also, we had problems with the mobile. It wouldn't stay in one place, and kept swinging forward, until it would eventually hit the ridiculous tray that we had standing up. My husband just got done complaining about the straps. You can't move them out of the way so we had to place a blanket over them and let our baby sit on them that way. Everything about this swing is inconvenient. The color is the only thing I like. I just want to take this thing and CHUCK it! Looking into a Fisher Price I think.

I was especially happy to finally find a swing that plugs in and you don't have to worry about the batterys going dead. The swing seems confortable and my little boy enjoys being in it. The only thing that I wish was better about the swing is its hard to distinguished from the the soothing sounds that come with it.

I received this swing as a gift, and it looked promising - having a timer, six speeds, and reclining seat. However, my son, only 6 weeks when I got it, hated the seat. The padding that it had for the baby with the over the shoulder buckles was unnecessary and cumbersome - by the time I buckled in my son he lost his patience for it. I was also always worried about putting the tray down and pinching his feet. Well after three weeks of having the swing it stopped swinging, even when we plugged it in. By that point I was just so frustrated I returned it for the fisherprice aquarium swing, which my son loves! I wouldn't waste time with this product, it was just such a disappointment

I had originally purchased the same swing without the plug in adapter by accident. So I returned it and got this one. I am 9 months pregnant and had it together in about 30 min! I love all the music it plays and the different speeds it has! I also like that you can play the music without the swing going and vice versa! It has a wide sturdy base and comes with two extra head supports which is nice because it will grow along with my baby! The padding is soft and easy to remove for washing. It is also easy to recline. I would definitely recommended this product to someone who wants a nice, safe, swing for their baby!! I love it and know my baby will too!

the swing was pretty easy to set up and it was good when everything was working. i also liked that it had an A/C adapter to plug in the wall. the baby loved it, but i had to return it twice because the music stopped working which helped keep the baby calm while in the swing.
