We had to get a larger seat since our son outgrew his carseat and I really didn't know what to get [...] this has fit the bill perfectly. From the first time my son was in this seat you could tell he was extremely comfortable. It's easy to swap between my husband's vehicle and my own and will definitely get this for our younger son when he is ready for it. I noticed in other's reviews that they had an issue with the headrest placing their child's head too far forward, but we haven't had any issue with it. When my son falls asleep he looks more comfortable than in the old seat. The colors are great and you can't beat the price either:)

We have had this seat for about a month now and both my husband and I love it. Some people have complained about the installation of the seat, but honestly I'm not sure what they are talking about. I installed it myself with no help from the husband and it fits great. Tip: Install latch on one side and make sure it is loose enough to easily install on the other side. Now, literally climb into the backseat of your car and put your knee with full bodyweight in the bottom part of the carseat (I am no creampuff and had to slide the seat in front forward to be able to do this). Now pull that latch strap with all your might. When you are done you should have a VERY secure car seat that isn't going anywhere. Also makes for the back strap part of the latch system very easy to install. I had a friend who is a police man double check for safety and he was inpressed with my handywork.

As far as comfort for my son, he seems fine. No cranking or fussing. He falls asleep just fine and loves the fact that he can see out the window. I did remove the extra little pillow at the top of seat, but that is about the only adjustment I've made thus far. The belts are extremely easy to adjust and with the bonus of being able to convert to a booster when the time is right this will hopefully be the last seat we ever buy for the little guy.

I hope this review helps some people that are on the fence about this seat. It really is a gem of a purchase for not a load of money. Aesthetically pleasing as well. The interior of our car is black and grey. Not that the looks matter in the overall safety of a carseat, but it makes me happy.

This seat is perfect for my larger 3yr old. He is really tall for his age and was havng trouble fitting comfortably into a carseat. We were not ready to put him in a booster seat, so this was a great option. He is able to use the harness still and when we are ready he can graduate into just using it as a booster! Great buy! My Dad had no problem installing it on his own.

This car seat is a good fit for my son (who's 3 and tall for his age) however, it's is extremely difficult to get installed securly. It is most definetly a 2 person job, which can be inconvenient in itself. The belts are very hard to tighten and I have always had to have one person holding it down, and another pulling the belt to get it in remotely tight enough. I would not buy this car seat again. I would have bought another Triumph if I'd have forseen these issues.

We are in the car alot. My 9 month old son loves to travel and go places all the time. He outgrew his infant seat quickly because he is so tall. This is a pretty good car seat and it's easy to take him in and out of with the click of a few buttons. My only complaint is that it is hard to recline, since you have to unbuckle it to recline it...and it does not recline that far. When he does fall asleep he gets frustrated because he can not get comfortable with his head falling forward. I've purchased a couple different head positioners for when he does fall asleep, yet it seems nothing will do unless he is able to recline a little bit more. I'm in the market for another booster seat that will recline a little easier. Other than that, it's easy to install and a good grocery getter...not for long distance.

Good product... only thing is the head.. when my daughter falls asleep her head leans forward... but other than that its a great bargin...

I have 2 for my 4 year old daughter, one in each van (G. Caravan, T&C), Love the fit, design, easy to adjust for heavier clothing. My only complaint is after taking the cover off to wash, the arm rest to do not go back securely. My daughter has actually fallen while getting in the seat from the arm rest coming off.
I need 2 more for my 3 yr old son and debating to spend the more money for a different seat when I would otherwise be happy with this one. If the arm rest snapped in better this one would be perfect and would last several years. (maybe need to get out my tools and figure a way to fix permanently)

i love this car seat, its easy to use, affordable and my son loves it, one click of a button to loosen the harness and one twist tightens it up, the recline is harder to use because you have to unbelt it and sort flip it over to recline it but overall i love it!!

We chose this seat 5 years ago for our son and then again 3 yrs ago for our daughter. It has grown very well with them. Very easy to adjust the 5 point harness, especially with weather changing attire(like jacket to thick coat.)Easy to move from on car to another. and when the 5 point doesnt fit, it adjusts your car shoulder belts to the child. The kids dont really like the head rest, but they dont complain much. We were recently in a rollover and both my children were completely safe and their heads were apparently protected from the side to side movement. They came out with only a minor cut from the glass. I couldnt ask for more!!!!
