This product does the job and is at an affordable price. Mine has been up for nearly 9 months now and still holds the original air. There is a spot for the shower pull on the top - you need to just tear it out on the already perforated edges. I like this product and will recommend it. It's cute too!

I bought this one because the price was right. It's been in use for about 6 months. I've never had to add air since the first time I blew it up. Every once in a while, I throw it in some bleach water with his bath toys, and it easily pops back on. It has averted one bonk so far. There is a tear-out strip on the top to accomodate your shower pull, wherever it is located on the spout, front or back.

It was really difficult to blow up and the air leaked out quickly, so I put it on the spout and filled it with air until it was snug. I had to cut a hole in the top so we could use the pull on the top of the spout, but now that it's on it doesn't move and has stayed inflated! It has definitely saved some tears.

      Love this! I had looked and looked at all of the plastic covers and didn't see the point. You're just covering a hard object with a slightly (?) less hard object. What's the point? Then I saw this and figured it was worth a shot, especially considering the price. I've had it almost a year now and LOVE it! I've only had to add air to it once and it's done a great job. I (obviously) watch my son in the tub but while playing, he has bumped his head several times on this. No tears! This is soft and cushiony so he noticed he bumped his head but it didn't hurt. While I can't say that the plastic covers are terrible, I'm fairly confident that bumping your head on those would be more painful for a little one. The only con I have is that the shower pull is hard to manage with it on but that's not really an issue for us since we have 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend this!

        Works fine on my standard bath tub faucet. One reviewer mentioned that it didn't blow up well. Like many blow up things you must bite half way down on the valve to get it to open to fully inflate it. Hope this is helpful to others who purchase it. Good price. I was not compensated for writing this review :)

          We don't have a standard faucet so the hard plastic covers don't work. This inflates easily, stays on nicely, and covers the faucet.

              This is seriously the dumbest product. At least it's not expensive. It barely inflates, and doesn't fit tightly over the faucet, which means baby doesn't even need to try hard to get it off. Our baby pulled it off the faucet within a minute of getting in the tub, thereby rendering it completely useless. Don't waste your [$].
