      Product was as described, arrived quickly. Instructions were clear, but the first bed had an incorrect piece included, so we had to return it. The return was quickly processed and a new bed arrived within a week and all worked well with it. It is a great little bed for the money, but the manufacturer seems to overlook some details in the packing process...

      We Love the bed! We bought it for our 2yr old and it is the perfect size and she has no problem getting in and out of the bed. I was a little frustrated when I first received the bed because the instruction manual wasn't enclosed. I tried finiding it online and on the manufacturers website they have a list of instruction manuals and this was the only bed that wasn't listed. I had to call customer service through babies-r-us and they weren't able to get a manual for me without sending the bed back and sending a whole new one....RIDICULOUS! The manufacturers contact number was not listed on their website or else I would've called them directly. After being on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes I finally asked if they had the manufactureres number and they did. I contacted them and they emailed the manual to me immediately. I feel like customer service should have access to do the same.

            I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and was able to construct the bed quite easily. However, that was until I tried to put the bottom drawer together. They had included two of the one sides to the drawer therefore I can not finish it!!! Very aggrivating. I called the company and they say I should receive the correct piece today (about a week after I called) so we'll see. [...]

              Low to the floor, not afraid that my 2 year old will fall out. Very cute and perfect for a little girl. I use the drawer to store all her sheets and blankets. She has slept in there for 4 night now and loves laying in there during the day. Instructions are not the best. My husband was getting a bit irritated, but other than that I am happy we purchased it.
